LAS VEGAS – BLVD is usually just a shopping complex along the Strip with dining and music, but it's found a second life as a destination for wellness events with a view. Located across from Park MGM and next to the MGM Grand, BLVD replaced the old Hawaiian Marketplace and is the largest standalone retail, dining, and entertainment complex on the Strip at 400,000 square feet, without a casino or hotel.
For Wellness Month, it's the rooftop at BLVD that's getting all the hype. It’s become a space for community events, fitness activations, and entertainment with gorgeous views of the Strip. Whether you're local, staying at an MGM property nearby, or just visiting the Strip, it's a wellness option without having to book something directly inside the casino.
G.R.I.T. held an event at BLVD on Aug. 8 that combined Pilates, Yoga, and a high-energy bootcamp. Participants got to watch the sun go down over Park MGM and the Aria while getting some reps in.
Molly Tea, Pure Burn Pilates, and DJ Awaken Radio Club also partnered on the experience to create a social-event vibe beyond a regular workout class.
BLVD's rooftop was designed with purposes like this in mind. Beyond hosting fitness events, the rooftop features The Overlook, a dedicated seating area designed as a Strip-view photo spot. It's already hosted entertainment programming since opening, including a DJ set from Paris Hilton during Puma's flagship store launch, similar to wellness events hosted at Omnia Dayclub and LIV Beach.
