Want to throw your hands in the air and party in Vegas while still fitting in some self-care to your weekend? LIV Beach at Fontainebleau Las Vegas combines all three with Sunday Circuit, a curated wellness experience held on the last Sunday of every month. August is Wellness Month, but these are hosted every month with a different set of activities and activations to enjoy.
Last month's Sunday circuit attracted over 170 participants to a workout class led by HauteBox Yoga, followed by a full recovery session and social gathering at LIV Beach. Sunday Circuit has a different host each month and has previously featured brands such as Urth Caffe, Social City, and Coffee and Chill. The rotating lineup of sponsors keeps the format fresh while the dayclub wellness-party structure stays consistent.
HauteBox Yoga is a Vegas-based yoga and Pilates studio that offers heated and unheated classes. This time around, their class was held inside the LIV nightclub to keep people cool during the workout.
After the class, people gathered at LIV Beach for the wellness and recovery portion of the circuit. Cold Summer, a local wellness studio and health café, offered pastries and drinks such as smoothies, coffee, iced tea, and matcha lemonade. All drinks were made in-house on the day of the party.
Cold Summer also provided a cold plunge experience. Cold plunges have become increasingly popular as part of post-workout recovery routines, and guests could try one while at the dayclub.
In addition to the cold plunge, multiple wellness stations awaited the crowd at LIV Beach. Normatec massage sleeves, air-compression recovery sleeves that use pulsing to boost circulation and reduce muscle soreness, were available for people to try out. A hair-braiding station was located in some shade as well.
Some food vendors offered samples to the crowd, including Prima Protein, a brand that makes protein bars with grass-fed beef tallow, raw honey, and whey with no seed oils or artificial sweeteners.
Cymbiotika had a booth offering complimentary supplements. The company has strong ties to the Fontainebleau, where it operates its first full wellness bar inside the casino. Its presence at Sunday Circuit fits naturally with the property’s offerings, especially the Summit Smoothie, named after tech house DJ John Summit. He was the first artist to sign a residency with LIV Nightclub and Beach Club, and regularly packs the venue. Though the Summit Smoothie wasn't available at this Sunday Circuit activation, it makes sense to pair Fontainebleau's premier daylife venue with trendy wellness offerings.
Michelob Ultra sponsored a stretching station and offered Ultra-Zero cans, an alcohol-free version of their low-calorie beer.
Belvedere also participated, offering samples of their Dirty Brew coffee-flavored vodka, while guests could continue the day with the regular LIV Beach experience after the wellness programming.
LIV Beach will hold its next Sunday Circuit on Aug. 30, hosted by Solidity Studio. Solidity is a chiropractic clinic and doctor-led pilates studio. Music will be provided by DJ Jake Shore, with a focus on Chicago hard house and 90s/00s rave influences blended with modern house music.
Solidity will lead a Pilates class from 10:45 to 11:45 a.m., followed by recovery and wellness from 12 to 4 p.m. As with previous events, there will be a mix of wellness activations available for everyone to take advantage of. You can buy tickets online starting at $38.09 for general admission or get a VIP ticket for a guaranteed spot on the yoga floor with a Sunday Circuit mat.
Wellness, massage, community, cold plunges, and a day party? That's a pretty Vegas way to spend a Sunday. Get those hands ready…
