Wynn Las Vegas brings high-class foodies and culinary connoisseurs from around the world to Vegas for the three-day culinary extravaganza, Wynn Revelry. This year's festival will be the first event in a multi-year collaboration between Wynn and Chef's Table, the Emmy Award-winning Netflix docuseries.
More than 30 chefs from five continents will gather at Wynn and Encore from September 18-20 for opulent dining events, cooking masterclasses, and live demonstrations unlike anything else on the Strip.
"Our partnership with Chef's Table creates something truly special," said Brian Gullbrants, Chief Operating Officer of Wynn Resorts North America. "This collaboration brings the storytelling, talent, and creativity of the Chef's Table universe off the screen and into a fully immersive experience at Wynn, where guests can engage in a way that feels personal and unforgettable."
Tickets are on sale now, starting at $295 per person for general admission to The Feast on Saturday. The all-access VIP Ultimate Off-Menu Package is also available starting at $3,500 per person for those seeking the most extravagant experience possible.
Revelry is a three-day event that features dining, entertainment, and culinary education. Throughout all three days, Revelry Revealed is a series of masterclasses, live culinary demos, and food-sampling events held at various locations across Wynn and Encore. These events are accessible to all ticket holders. It's where a lot of the access to the chefs happens between the dinners and brunches.
The festival opens with a dinner at The Buffet at Wynn, meant to take the slow-fading buffet dining concept up a notch with contributions from the world’s top chefs. The Wynn Buffet is already well loved by many diners visiting the Strip, but putting some of the world's top chefs behind this setup with full creative freedom will be a sight to be seen (or, a taste to be tasted!)
The event will include a champagne reception before the dinner, along with presentations from several culinary experts. One of the standouts on the guest lineup is Sarah Thompson, executive chef of Casa Playa at the Encore, who just received a 2026 James Beard Award.
These awards are like the Oscars of American dining, acting as the most prestigious honors anyone in the food industry can receive. These are awarded to chefs, restaurant owners, food writers, and critics who are the best of the best in their field.
Her win is a huge deal for the city’s culinary scene, since it's been over a decade since Vegas has produced a James Beard award winner. The last one was Saipin Chutima from the Thai restaurant Lotus of Siam, who won Best Chef Southwest in 2011. With Thompson being a top employee at the hosting casino for this event, it will be no surprise if the celebration extends into September.
Also appearing during the Icons Dinner is Ian Somerhalder, former star of The Vampire Diaries. He will be there in connection with his Brother's Bond bourbon brand, the spirits brand he co-founded with Vampire Diaries co-star Paul Wesley. Outside of the celebrity novelty, it's gotten a lot of attention since Somerhalder and Wesley launched it in 2021.
The Feast is effectively the crown jewel and main event of Wynn Revelry. At 7:00 p.m. on Saturday night, Wynn’s Event Pavilion and Lawn is transformed into a true culinary spectacle, featuring several food-tasting stations. From the moment guests walk in, they'll be greeted with cocktails and food selections from around the world. It's deserving of the “feast” name and is often the most talked-about event among attendees.
VIP ticket holders will receive early access to The Feast to avoid the crowds. They’ll also get exclusive access to a chef/celebrity cook-off, where chefs team up with social media creators to recreate dishes in a friendly competition. The specific participants will be announced closer to the event.
The exclusive Club Gourmet event will extend the festival into the late night for Ultimate Off-Menu Package ticket holders. Hosted at Encore Beach Club, this exclusive soiree combines music, cocktails, and nothing short of delicious cuisine from featured chefs Philip Franklin Lee and Susan Bae. If you've already spent $3,500 on the fanciest Revelry package, this is where you need to be at midnight.
Sunday opens at 10 a.m. with the Grand Revelry Brunch at Mizumi at the Wynn. This event is exclusively for those who purchase the Legends Package or Chef's Table Package. In the spirit of Mizumi's Japanese cuisine, the menu for this will feature sushi, live teppanyaki, and a selection of desserts and pastries from the weekend’s roster of chef talent.
Many of the chefs are talented in the craft, but very few come from casino restaurants. One exception is Henry "Fatboy" Zhang, executive chef of Drunken Fish, who will be traveling across the world from his home at the Wynn in Macau.
Sunday night brings the weekend to a close with the inaugural Chef's Table Honors at Delilah, an invite-only celebration recognizing the top culinary professionals who are shaping the future of dining. Details on honorees have not yet been announced.
Wynn Revelry has normally been the most prestigious culinary gathering in Las Vegas in September. But this year it’s got company just four days after it ends.
Drink Las Vegas, a brand-new four-day cocktail and beverage festival, will join the mix in September as well. This festival will run from September 24- 27 at Bellagio, ARIA, The Cosmopolitan, and Park MGM.
Looking at the dates, the timing feels intentional. Revelry's been doing this for three years, but Drink Las Vegas is brand-new. Whether the newer festival was quietly inspired by Revelry or September was just the ideal month for it, the timing is a bit too close to be a mere coincidence.
The two events aren't competing for the same audience so much as they're complementing each other. Revelry focuses on food and dining culture specifically, set entirely across Wynn and Encore. Drink Las Vegas will be a broader festival focused on cocktails and mixology down the Strip across four different MGM properties.
Revelry’s tickets start at $295 to attend The Feast and $1,000 to attend the Icons Dinner. The other events, such as the Grand Revelry Brunch, Club Gourmet, and Chef's Table Honors, are either invite-only or require a higher-tier package starting at $2,150.
On the other hand, Drink Las Vegas operates on a per-event pricing model, offering a wider variety of events to attend throughout all four days. Information sessions and seminars start around $95, while dinner events start around $275 per person. If someone is attending both seminars and dining events over multiple days, it can easily add up to four-digit costs like Revelry.
Foodies looking to splurge should explore Revelry, but cocktail lovers may be better off preparing their wallets for Drink Las Vegas. For food and beverage enthusiasts planning a September trip around one or both festivals, the two events are distinct enough that attending both is realistic with the right budgeting.
