Cheap and value aren’t the same in Las Vegas or anywhere else. In Las Vegas, cheap usually means the lowest price, but value means paying less than you might expect.
The best values aren’t always cheap. A $3 beer, for example, is cheap. But I would rather pay full price for a beer with flavor over a mass-produced American beer.
The same applies to meals, hotel rooms, and show tickets. Some of the best values in Las Vegas are found at price points that might not be considered cheap.
One of my favorite Vegas values was the Cut of the Week at Charlie Palmer Steak inside the Four Seasons at Mandalay Bay. The now-closed restaurant offered a small cut of steak, two sides, a salad, dessert, and bottomless wine for $58.
At the time, that was about the price of a full-size steak alone. It wasn’t cheap, but it was a great value.
While that deal is gone, select restaurants on the Las Vegas Strip still offer exceptional meals at strong value.
The best meal deals are often available in the afternoon, so plan your schedule accordingly. Time it right, and you can fuel up enough to last through the night or until a fourth meal at midnight or later.
There are plenty of notable lunch deals across a variety of cuisines, including Mediterranean, steak, Italian, burgers, and seafood. Consider these as late lunches or very early dinners.
Since these are all set menus, I averaged the regular menu price for each item by section. The savings are an approximation based on those averages.
The Milos lunch deal has almost doubled in price since the restaurant first opened at The Cosmopolitan more than a decade ago. Even at today’s prices, it remains one of the best deals in town.

There are two midweek brunch deals at Guy Fieri restaurants at Horseshoe Las Vegas and The LINQ.
This estimate is even more approximate since not everyone eats the same amount in one sitting. These figures reflect the minimum savings at the all-you-can-eat brunches available on weekdays.
The savings are based on sampling three dishes using approximate regular menu prices. Those who eat less will save less.
À La Carte Total (1 per category): ~$54 (tax/tip excluded)
Savings: ~63% via AYCE (add-ons like steak & eggs +$10)
All-You-Can-Eat Brunch: $24.99
À La Carte Total (1 per category): ~$49 (tax/tip excluded)

Gordon Ramsay is one of the most popular celebrity chefs in Las Vegas, and finding a nearly 20% discount on his signature dish at one of his restaurants is a major score. The restaurant is close to The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, making it a solid option before a show.
Dinner Prix Fixe $95
À La Carte Total (1 per section): ~$115 (tax/tip excluded)
Savings: ~18% via prix fixe
We shared a couple of these when looking at cheap eats and drinks on the Vegas Strip, but it makes sense to include them here, too. 50% off lunch is a deal by any standard!
It’s $4.99 to add a beer to lunch, and that savings would be another couple of dollars. All three restaurants have an excellent beer selection, so getting a draft macro American beer might not be the best choice for beer drinkers.
À La Carte Price: $23 (TAP Burger) + fries included by default, but standalone fries ~$8.
Total Savings: ~$13 (or 57%) during the daily special vs. regular menu pricing.
À La Carte Price: $19 (Beerhaus Burger) + fries included by default (~$8 standalone).
Total Savings: ~$10 (or 52%) during the daily special vs. regular menu pricing.
À La Carte Price: ~$20 (burger) + fries included (~$7 standalone).
Total Savings: ~$10 (or 50%) during the daily special vs. regular menu pricing.
Not everyone needs the full breakdown, so here are the best deals based on the percentage saved:
