Delaware North announced Tuesday that its Betly online casino in West Virginia has entered into a partnership with Inspired Entertainment, a move that would expand the iCasino site's offerings with more online slots.
Betly is one of West Virginia's 11 regulated online casinos currently operating in the marketplace, with all each platform tied to one of the five brick-and-mortar casinos in the state.
In a press release announcing the new partnership, Betly suggested the new games could help distinguish the casino in the crowded West Virginia market.
“We’re excited to partner with Inspired to expand our online casino portfolio,” Betly Director of Interactive Casino Davide Colisimo said. “Inspired’s content is well known for its creativity and performance and is a great fit for our players. This launch represents another step forward in providing engaging, best-in-class gaming experiences on Betly.”
Inspired Entertainment currently offers a portfolio of nearly 150 games, including 146 slot machines and three roulette games, according to the company’s website.
In the partnership announcement, Betly chose to focus on two popular games: Wolf it Up! and Cops & Robbers Big Money. The company highlighted them for their "fun themes, fast-paced gameplay, and strong player appeal.”
“We’re thrilled to see our games go live on Betly,” Inspired Interactive Managing Director Claire Osborne said in a statement. “Delaware North and Betly are respected leaders in gaming and hospitality, and we look forward to a successful partnership that delivers exciting content to Betly players.”
The partnership continues Betly's recent trend of content expansion, as the company has been looking to bulk up its game selection to compete in West Virginia.
In September 2025, Betly partnered with Evolution, one of the largest live dealer game providers in the iGaming industry. That move included the Evolution No Limit City slot studio, as well as games from other major brands like NetEnt and Big Time Gaming. Earlier in 2025, Delaware North also signed a deal with EveryMatrix that brought the company’s casino aggregation platform to Betly.
The moves come as West Virginia online casinos see themselves competing not only with each other, but also with unlicensed operators, including sweepstakes casino sites. In January 2025, West Virginia Attorney General JB McCuskey served subpoenas to several sweepstakes operators, calling them “illegal gambling operations” and sharing concerns about consumers being targeted by the sites.
