Travelers will now find it easier to get directly from Paris to Las Vegas with Air France. The airline launched nonstop flights between the two cities this week, with the first flight arriving on Wednesday, April 15.
The route will now connect travelers from Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport to the Harry Reid Airport through October 24, 2026.
Air France's nonstop flights between Paris and Las Vegas will operate on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays, using an Airbus A350-900. The flight takes approximately 10.5 hours, with business, premium, and economy cabin options. All cabins will have complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, and economy travelers will receive complimentary champagne during their flight.
The outbound flight departs Las Vegas at 5:50 p.m. and arrives in Paris the following day at 1:05 p.m., while the inbound flight departs Paris at 1:40 p.m. and arrives in Las Vegas at 3:35 p.m.
The first arrival at Harry Reid International Airport was welcomed last week with Vegas showgirls, local leaders, airport officials, and community partners to celebrate the first successful flight.
This is the only new route Air France is launching this summer, and it aims to capture the existing demand between Las Vegas and Paris that was previously served via other connecting hubs or airlines. Tickets for the new route can be purchased online at AirFrance.us.
According to Clark County officials, France is already a strong international market for Las Vegas, with 82,000 visitors from the country coming to Las Vegas last year. Air France has also been operating flights to Vegas for the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) since 2018.
James C. Chrisley, Clark County Director of Aviation, said that seeing that long-standing partnership become seasonal scheduled service is a major milestone for the airport.
“LAS is delighted to welcome this new nonstop service between Las Vegas and Paris,” said Chrisley. “We have a strong partnership with Air France, which over the past seven years has operated successful charter flights each January in support of CES. We look forward to welcoming travelers to experience all that Las Vegas offers as the sports and entertainment capital of the world.”
Direct flights could also significantly increase the number of French travelers to Vegas. Fletch Brunell, vice president of marketing for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA), told FOX5 News that the city could see an additional 27,000 people come to Vegas every year with the direct flights.
The new connection also opens Paris Charles de Gaulle as a gateway to other continents, as the airport serves 277 destinations via 109 airlines. In the initial announcement for the service last year, the LVCVA highlighted that passengers can use the Las Vegas-Paris route as a jumping-off point for travel across Europe, North Africa, the Middle East, and beyond.
The Air France launch also follows Qantas’s announcement of nonstop service from Sydney, Australia to Las Vegas in December 2026, becoming the first airline to fly directly between the two cities. The additions of these nonstop routes will make travel easier and more direct for international tourists wanting to enjoy Las Vegas.
