Casinos in the state have been working hard over the past year to raise money for various cancer causes. In April, the Hollywood Columbus Casino held a fashion show dedicated to raising funds and awareness for prostate cancer, organized by Brave Men Inc., a foundation started by the late Ohio State Buckeyes player Demetrius Stanley and his wife Jessica Stanley.
Hard Rock Cincinnati has announced it will join forces with comedian Becky Robinson to mark Breast Cancer Month, Pinktober. 25% of cash ticket bar proceeds will go to breast cancer awareness and research.
