New Hampshire charitable casinos recorded $37.8 million in revenue for December, fueled by the addition of new casinos, and up from the previous year’s total of $22.4 million, representing a year-on-year increase of 69%.

The figures, published by the New Hampshire Lottery, revealed that of the combined total, historic horse racing (HHR) generated the most with $18.2 million, up 15.1% year-on-year from $15.8 million. This was followed by video lottery terminals, which passed the New Hampshire legislature in June 2025, with $9.9 million, and games of chance, which were up 48.6% year-on-year from $6.6 million to $9.8 million.

The positive month reflects ongoing success at New Hampshire’s casinos. The Nash announced last month that it had raised nearly $2 million in combined contributions to 18 nonprofit organizations in the state. Since opening in March 2025, the casino has also raised $15.4 million for nonprofits throughout the state.

The Nash Leads in Revenue for December

Of New Hampshire’s 13 active casinos, three recorded year-on-year revenue increases, six reported declines, and four had no representative data due to opening their doors after December 2025. Aces + Eights Casino was also an outlier in December, temporarily closing its doors for the month due to ongoing renovations.

The Nash reported the highest revenue for the month, with $11.2 million. At the casino, video lottery terminals accounted for $4.7 million of the total, followed by games of chance at $3.5 million, and HHR with $2.9 million.

The second-highest revenue generator came from The Brook, which recorded $7.6 million, up 8.7% year-on-year. HHR and games of chance were down at the property, recording declines of 5.9% and 15.9% respectively. Video lottery terminals generated $1.6 million.

The only other revenue rises came from Revo Casino Lebanon, up 88.2% to $2.3 million after moving out of its temporary casino in December, and Revo Casino Manchester, which rose 11.5% to $4 million.

Lakes Region Casino had the greatest decline in December, dropping 27.7% to $137,243. Games of chance declined 59.2% from $109,941 to $44,807, while HHR increased 15.9% from $79,766 to $92,436.

Other big drops came from Chasers Poker Room (-19.5%), Gate City Casino (-15.1%), Revo Casino Keene (-11.8%), and Revo Casino Dover (-11.7%).

The Nash Donates $2M to 18 New Hampshire Nonprofits

Following its cumulative $1.3 million donation to eight nonprofits in December, the Nash has outdone itself once more, announcing a $2 million combined contribution to 18 nonprofits in January.

The $2 million mark means that the casino has generated more than $15.4 million for New Hampshire nonprofits since opening over ten months ago.

“It is incredibly meaningful for us to be able to partner with so many organizations that are making a real difference in people’s lives,” said The Nash General Manager Eric Althaus. “We’re continuing to look for ways to expand those partnerships and support even more New Hampshire nonprofits.”

Some of the organizations to receive donations from the Nash last month include Lions Sight and Hearing Foundation of NH ($190,967.42), Upstone Montessori School ($190,967.42), and American Legion Post #13, Greenville ($182,765.21).
