Charitable gaming in New Hampshire hit $24.9 million in July, up from $14.5 million generated the previous year, representing a 72% year-on-year increase.
The latest report from the New Hampshire Lottery and Gaming Commission showed that of the total, $19.7 million was generated from historic horse racing, up 85% from the $10.6 million generated in July 2024. Games of chance also experienced a year-on-year rise of 53% from $3.3 million to $5.1 million.
Both revenues were boosted by the addition of four new casinos, with Casino Salem opening its doors only last month.
Of the 15 casinos in the state, only four saw revenue decrease year-on-year, and four were not in operation in July 2024, so there are no revenue change statistics.
The biggest loss was seen by The Lucky Moose Casino, whose revenue decreased by 79%, from $666,454 in July 2024 to $139,748 in 2025. Aces + Eights Casino and Gate City Casino also suffered double-digit losses, losing 11% and 16% year-on-year, respectively.
Revo Casino Lebanano saw the highest year-on-year increase of 321%, with revenue rising from $387,836 to just over $1.6 million. Historic horse racing in the casino generated just under $1.4 million, up 434% from the $259,002 raised in July 2024.

While land-based casinos see increased revenue, sports betting in the state also delivered a new record, with $39 million generated for public education, breaking the previous $37 million set in 2023.
Additionally, over 27 million wagers were placed in the state in 2025’s fiscal year, up 9% from the year prior and totaling over $815 million.
“We are extremely proud to have delivered a record amount of funding to support public education, maximizing revenue to support the students, teachers, and schools of our state is what drives us every day,” said Charlie McIntyre, New Hampshire Lottery’s Executive Director.

My love for gambling and casinos started early when my grandad handed me a video poker machine as a kid, sparking a lifelong fascination with the game.
