Mississippi Casinos Generate $204.9 Million in November, Declining 1.3% Year-on-Year

Mississippi casinos generated $204.9 million in November, a 1.3% revenue decline year-on-year from the $207.5 million generated the year prior.

Of the total revenue, slot revenue saw a minor decline of 1% generating $166.6 million, down from $168.3 million. Table games saw a more significant decrease of 9.4%, falling from $28.1 million to $25.4 million.

As revenues decline for November, some casinos have been recipients of new electronic gaming tables. JackPot! Digital has announced that it has finalized installation agreements with Boomtown Casino Biloxi and Hollywood Casino Gulf Coast in the Mississippi Coastal region. The casinos will soon have the Jackpot Blitz dealerless poker electronic table games installed, expected for the first quarter of 2026.

Stability and Declines for Mississippi Casinos

The latest report from the Mississippi Gaming Commission, which reports revenue by region, shows that of the three regions in the state with commercial casinos, one experienced a year-over-year decline in revenue, while two remained stable with small losses.

The Northern casinos region saw the most significant decline in the state, with revenue falling 4.6% from $44.9 million in 2024 to $42.8 million in 2025. Both slot and table games revenue fell for Northern Casinos, with table games revenue falling 3.8% from $5.9 million to $5.6 million, and slots revenue falling 5.4% from $35.6 million to $33.7 million.

The Coastal region was the highest revenue generator in November, with 12 of the state's casinos. In November, it generated $135.7 million, a mild decrease of 0.4% from $136.1 million the year prior.

Table games revenue for coastal casinos, however, saw a significant decline of 13.9%, falling from $20.8 million to $17.9 million. Slots in the coastal region were the only ones in the state to see a revenue increase, with a minor rise of 0.5% from $109.9 million to $110.4 million.

Table games revenue saw a double-digit revenue increase, rising 33.9% from $1.4 million to $1.8 million. However, slots revenue fell 1.1% year-on-year from $22.8 million to $22.5 million.

 Big Wins in Biloxi Casinos

Ahead of the introduction of the new dealer-less poker electronic table games from Jackpot!, gamblers in Biloxi casinos are already winning big.

Earlier this month, a player from Ashburn, Georgia, won big at the Beau Rivage Resort and Casino in the Coastal region, when a $7.50 per spin slot paid out $129,275.

The player reportedly only did four spins before hitting the jackpot on the Mo’ Mummy slot machine by Aristocrat Gaming, with the win being the ninth $100,000 or more jackpot to be hit in the casino this year.

Other jackpots won this year at the Beau Rivage include one on August 1, with a Louisiana player winning $1.3 million on a Demon Panda Magic slot, and on January 22, where a South Carolina player won $270,000 playing a Triple Double Stars slot machine.

With 29 jackpot hits so far this year in South Mississippi and $5.6 million paid out, Mississippi players have been winning big this year, almost doubling the 17 jackpots paid out in 2024, with a month of the year still left to play.

My love for gambling and casinos started early when my grandad handed me a video poker machine as a kid, sparking a lifelong fascination with the game. I grew up watching Celebrity Poker religiously and that turned into my organizing March Madness bracket tournaments all throughout elementary and high school—making every March a high-stakes competition among friends before I was even old enough to place a real bet.
