Interblock continues to reshape casino floors with new games and fresh takes on familiar favorites. From updated electronic table games to new versions of roulette and distinctive concepts, it is one of the few companies actually offering gamblers a new casino experience.
Interblock has developed electronic casino games since 1997 and keeps finding new ways for players to gamble.
One of the biggest takeaways from the Global Gaming Expo, or G2E, this year is the lack of originality from casino game manufacturers. While they're offering popular themes and gameplay, they aren't pushing the technological envelope too far.
There's nothing wrong with giving people what they want, but it's nice to have options when visiting casinos. Interblock is one of the few companies creating unique games that actually reach casino floors.
The games aren't for everyone, and that's kind of the point. They're different from the casino classics so many people have come to love over the years.
After three years I was finally able to record and share Marble Run, the marble racing game from interblock. I was also told this should be in at least one Las Vegas casino next year. https://t.co/vqhMunegPm

A couple of years ago, Interblock introduced the game Marble Run. It reminds players of the marble races that became popular during the COVID-19 pandemic, only you can wager on the events.
The idea sounded wild in 2024, and it's just as different today. After two years of secrecy, Casinos.com was finally allowed to record a race so potential players can see what Marble Run actually looks like.
Over the years, responses have ranged from "WTF" to "Take my money." That's often the case with casino games that break the norms.
Alexis DeVincentis, global director of marketing at Interblock, said the game will finally reach casino floors next year. She said there should be at least one game in Las Vegas and as many as 10 around the country during the first half of 2027.
She made the same claim at the past two expos but said the 2027 placement is now certain. I told her that, and she stood firm that we will see the game next year.
Always the skeptic, I'll believe it when I see it, but being able to share the game might be a sign that it's finally ready for prime time.
Derek Stevens, owner of Circa and Golden Gate casinos is a fan of Interblock games and said he liked Marble Run during G2E last year. He confirmed that to me personally when I asked about the game. However, he was surprisingly mum when I tagged him in a post wondering if one of his casinos might be home to Marble Run in Las Vegas.

Since most Las Vegas casinos are focused on increasing profits every quarter, they fill their floors with the same popular games. Most players are content playing the newest version of their favorite games.
New versions of Buffalo, Huff N' Puff and Willy Wonka seem to hit casino floors every few weeks. Players and content creators continue to flock to the games they love.
Gamblers looking for something new are sometimes forgotten. Interblock can create new games, but unless casinos put them on the floor, players won't get a chance to try them.
Interblock's electronic table games, or ETGs, are ubiquitous in Las Vegas casinos. The company has supplied all of the ETGs at Golden Gate since the casino removed live dealer games last year.
The games that offer new experiences typically roll out in only a few casinos.

Circa, the Cosmopolitan and the Venetian are usually among the first casinos to offer new twists on traditional games or entirely new concepts. When games are exceedingly popular, other casinos might add them to their lineups.
Most casinos have the newest traditional slot machines, but only a handful offer experimental or unique games. While these three casinos may be the first to offer the games, they typically aren't alone for long. Other casinos will add those that perform best.
Anyone looking for new casino games can often start at these casinos and spread their search elsewhere.

Marble Run isn't the first Interblock game to take a while to reach casinos. I saw a few versions of Xplosion Roulette before it started rolling out to casinos this year.
Traditional roulette players may love or hate this new ETG, but they'll definitely have an opinion either way.
This kind of game is difficult to calculate the house edge for because of the twists on the game, but it's definitely not the same as the 5.26% for the traditional double-zero version in most casinos.
The game is bright and attractive, and the digital wheel can easily draw a crowd. The possibility of a multiplier up to 500 times the size of a wager will appeal to recreational gamblers who love big payouts for small bets.
Like many new versions of classic casino games, this one offers a different way to play a game so many people already enjoy. The good news is that there are plenty of traditional roulette games in Las Vegas for players who prefer to stick to what they know and like.
Roulette's simplicity makes it one of the easiest casino games to put a new spin on. Pun intended. You'll see a few variations of roulette in Las Vegas and around the country at casinos like Resorts World Hudson Valley (New York) and Mohegan Sun (Connecticut).
