From Marble Run to Dragon Roulette, Interblock Doubles Down on Gamified ETGs

Unlike most vendors at G2E, Interblock goes out of its way to keep content creators away. But here's an up close view of what was happening behind the scenes. (Photo: courtesy of Interblock)

LAS VEGAS -- Last year, Interblock rolled out its “Amuse” line of casino games at G2E. The gamified, arcade-style line of electronic table games (ETGs) offers a new form of entertainment for casinos. In a perfect world, Interblock sees these games appealing to younger Gen Z and millennial players.

The nontraditional ETGs occupied a small portion of the booth in 2024. This year, the Amuse games covered most of the space, while existing titles took a back seat. The layout shift hints at what we can expect from the company next year.

ETGs and the Amuse line aren’t for everyone, but they could shape portions of some casinos and entire gaming floors. Earlier this year, Interblock supplied all of the games for the ETG pit at Golden Gate Casino in downtown Las Vegas.

One game on display last year, Free Fall Roulette, is just landing on casino floors. Unlike last year, Interblock says three more games should arrive in casinos in the first half of 2026.

More titles could follow later in the year. It’s unlikely, but I’m hoping to see the massive Plinko-style game I’ve spotted the past two years finally make it to casinos before next year’s G2E.

The game’s setup includes bright lights surrounding a board about 10 feet by 10 feet, and players bet on which slots the ball will land in. If nothing else, it’s different, but it’s one of those quirky games casinos can tuck against a wall and see what happens.

Amuse games come in all shapes and sizes. The first game from this line looks familiar and is just reaching casino floors.

Free Fall Roulette in Casinos Now

Interblock debuted Free Fall Roulette at G2E last year. The game is just reaching Las Vegas casino floors and can be found at The Cosmopolitan, Palazzo and Venetian at the time of this article.

Free Fall Roulette is a single-player ETG, similar to the electronic versions of craps, blackjack and roulette that have been in casinos for years. It’s easy to spot with its vertical roulette wheel and bright lighting.

The roulette ball is fired onto a vertical wheel from above,  similar to how a bonus ball shoots out in a pinball game. It’s a fresh twist on a classic casino game.

Where Will Marble Run Land in Las Vegas?

The first version of Marble Run was on display at the Interblock booth last year and amazed many visitors. After gathering feedback, the company debuted an updated version of the marble racing game this year.

The new Marble Run remains a gravity-driven race game, but it looks slicker. Interblock added lights around and redesigned the racetrack to elevate and drop as the race unfolds, keeping the marbles visible throughout. The company also simplified betting options to make wagering easier.

This game looks ready for casino floors, and Interblock CEO John Connelly says it should launch in the first quarter of 2026. When I asked about specific Las Vegas locations during G2E, I was told announcements would come later.

Could Golden Gate Casino be one of the first Las Vegas casinos to offer Marble Run? During an appearance on VSiN during G2E (around the 25-minute mark), owner Derek Stevens gave a shoutout to Interblock and mentioned Marble Run being a highlight of the show.

An open bar plus free play to use on marble racing at Golden Gate sounds like a match made in heaven.

Bingo and Dragon Roulette

Bingo and Dragon Roulette are also scheduled to arrive on casino floors in the first half of 2026. Both are large, multiplayer ETGs, similar in size to Shoot to Win Craps.

Dragon Roulette also made its debut at G2E last year and stands out even for someone (like me) who doesn’t usually play roulette. The updated version looks brighter and plays more smoothly than before.

It’s not even close to looking like a traditional roulette game. It features a large wheel with a baseball-sized ball, bright lights and dragon-themed bonus rounds that award multipliers and credits.

It feels like a fun mix of a slot machine and an ETG. I’m not a roulette player, but I’ll give it a spin just to see the action.

Bingo is an ETG adaptation of the classic game that’s usually played in a separate room off the casino floor. Bingo has been enjoying a bit of a comeback in Las Vegas.

Station Casinos has added a fun twist to the game with Rock Shot Bingo. Games take place at night with DJs, comped drinks, dancing and more. Red Rock Casino recently tied the special bingo night to a Vegas Golden Knights game, adding to the excitement. The tagline “not your grandma’s ordinary bingo” is appropriate.
