LAS VEGAS — In today’s episode of mega luxury life in Las Vegas, Caesars Palace has revealed its newest addition to an already opulent lineup of suites.
As part of celebrating the property’s 60th anniversary, Caesars Palace has completed the addition of two new Presidential Villas in the Colosseum Tower, along with 29 Sky Villas located high above the property in the Octavius Towers. The new rooms will soon be available to book and further cement the property’s status as one of the most upscale casino resorts in Las Vegas.
These suites are built for VVIPs and bonafide high rollers, but the photos can get you as close as you can get to experiencing it without the high price tag.

The additions follow Caesars Palace earning AAA Five Diamond designations for both The Villas at Caesars Palace and Restaurant Guy Savoy. The standards for earning this kind of design designation are no easy feat, so it definitely reinforces a consistency of impressive service and high-end offerings across the resort.
According to Caesars Palace, the Presidential Villas are inspired by the world leaders, dignitaries and celebrities who have stayed at the resort over the years. Though the price tag on the suites is more than most people make in a month, they come with unmatched privacy, world-class design and 24 hour butler service.
In other words, these are not your average Vegas hotel rooms, and they blow your average penthouse out of the water completely.
One villa spans 8,060 square feet, while the second measures an even larger 8,370 square feet, each featuring dramatic design elements, brushed gold accents, custom crystal chandeliers and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Las Vegas skyline. Both include 1,700-square-foot outdoor terraces, offering panoramic views high above the Strip.
"The new Colosseum Presidential Villas and Octavius Sky Villas at Caesars Palace reflect our commitment to elevate the standard of luxury on the Las Vegas Strip,” said Sean McBurney, Chief Commercial Officer and Regional President of Caesars Entertainment. “As we commemorate our 60th anniversary, we’re proud to unveil these extraordinary spaces, meticulously designed with thoughtful details to deliver an unparalleled guest experience.”
The grand bedrooms alone measure 1,350 square feet. To put the scale of these villas into perspective: this is roughly the size of a typical two- or three-bedroom apartment in Las Vegas.
Other impressive features include private elevators, double-sided fireplaces, marble billiard tables, spa-inspired bathrooms and expansive entertaining areas designed for guests accustomed to top-tier hospitality.
Pricing has not yet been publicly disclosed, but for those dreaming of a stay, hitting a jackpot on the casino floor might help make it a little more attainable.
Alongside the Presidential Villas are the 29 Sky Villas added on the Octavius Towers. Sitting high above the action on the 68th and 69th floors, Caesars says these are designed to appeal to a new generation of high-end travelers.
The Sky Villas feature a modern mix of marble, metal, velvet, crystal and leather, along with statement elements such as TV feature walls in the living rooms and ribbed glass panels in the bathrooms. The design is modern luxury just as the Presidential rooms are.
The new villas are just one piece of broader changes at Caesars Palace. Recent updates include enhancements to the resort’s main entrance (completed in 2022), the addition of Flavian Sky Suites, new high-limit gaming areas such as Palace Court Slots and Aureus Lounge, and renovations to Qua Baths & Spa and the fitness center. Dining additions like Celebrity Food Hall and Caspian’s have also added to the property’s dining lineup.
Looking ahead, Caesars Palace has even more in store that all guests will be able to enjoy. The resort will finally look to open OMNIA Dayclub this pool season, a 46,000-square-foot pool club featuring two pools and international DJs. Recent renderings of the dayclub show it's supposed to have the same curb appeal as Encore Beach Club does at the Encore, located right along the Las Vegas Strip. Expect to see some of the artists that appear at OMNIA Nightclub including Steve Aoki, Tiesto, and Zedd.
Renovations are also planned for suites in the Augustus Tower this year, followed by major updates to the Julius and Palace Towers beginning in 2027.
As Caesars Palace celebrates its 60th anniversary, they keep upping the ante on their offerings to compete with the newest neighboring resorts on the Strip. And that’s even if most visitors will only get a glimpse of it from afar.
