Eat Your Heart Out in Vegas at These Happy Hours in March

The party starts on Mondays at Gatsby’s inside Resorts World, where you can double up with discounted martinis and happy hour. What’s not to love? (Photo: Gatsby’s Cocktail Lounge / Facebook)

LAS VEGAS – Dining on the Strip can add up quickly during a trip to Las Vegas, but happy hour remains one of the easiest ways to experience top casino restaurants at a fraction of the usual cost.

Whether you're visiting midweek or looking for a place to get a drink with a colleague, these March happy hours deliver solid drinks and food specials inside casinos or just steps away.’

This list builds on last month’s happy hour roundup, which featured even more casino restaurants offering discounted food and drinks.

These options offer the upscale vibes you’d expect from Las Vegas without the price tag that often comes with that kind of dining. Every option below is on the Strip or just nearby (and worth the venture!).

Gatsby’s Cocktail Lounge

Gatsby’s offers a great daily happy hour inside Resorts World from 4-6 p.m., featuring $12 cocktails and small bites like edamame, shishito peppers, hamachi crispy rice, and a shareable charcuterie board.

But you should come on a Monday to get an even better martini deal. From 4-9 p.m., the lounge offers $5 martinis made with Tito’s on “Martini Monday”. They offer classic martinis, lemon drops, cosmos, dirty martinis, and espresso martinis.

Resorts World is still offering free self-parking for locals, making it a promising stop after work. And obviously, a strong weekday deal for visitors.

TAO Asian Bistro

TAO inside The Venetian offers a late-night “Social Hour” that lets you experience one of the most recognizable dining rooms on the Strip without committing to a full dinner bill.

The 10 for $10 menu runs Sunday through Wednesday from 8:30 to 10 p.m., and Thursday through Saturday from 9:30 to 11 p.m.

This happy hour offers a variety of Asian small bites to enjoy, such as Thai chicken wing lollipops and spicy tuna tartare on crispy rice (my favorite!). Like Beauty and Essex at The Cosmopolitan, this restaurant also features two cocktails for $10: the Basil Gimlet and Hot Tropics.

A late-night happy hour can be hard to come by, so it’s a convenient option before you embark on a journey into Vegas after dark.

Green Fairy Garden

Located near the Absinthe circus tent at Caesars Palace, Green Fairy Garden offers its happy hours Sunday to Thursday from 5-6 p.m. and again from 9:15 p.m. until close.

During the happy hour, they offer $7 beers, $8 wine, $10 well cocktails, and $12 specialty cocktails.

This is a great spot for cheap drinks, since Caesars Palace (like its neighbors on the Strip) can be pricey. Try the Absinthe Hallucinator with Bacardi, pineapple, lime, and absinthe, or the Le Petit Spritz with Aperol, Prosecco, Roku gin, and cucumber.

You don’t need an Absinthe ticket to visit, so it makes for a nice stop while exploring the giant property.

The Tiki Bar

The Tiki Bar at Excalibur is MGM Resorts’ first tiki concept and currently the only dedicated tiki bar on the Strip. We did a full feature on it when it first opened, if you’re intrigued.

Their happy hour runs daily from 5-7 p.m. and focuses on Tiki drink specials. Guests can order $8 tiki cocktails and frozen daiquiris, $5-6 beers, and even the $3 margaritas available around the casino.

I recommend the Coco D’banana or the Sweet Surrender. They also sell collectible tiki mugs… but at a steep price. Though there are other competitors in the tiki bar realm off the Strip, the $8 tiki cocktails and open seating can’t be beat.

WSKY Stadium

While not located inside a casino, WSKY Stadium earns a spot on this list thanks to its proximity to the south end of the Strip. It’s right across from Allegiant Stadium, making it a great option for those staying at Mandalay BayLuxor, or Excalibur.

Their happy hour runs Monday through Friday from 4-7 p.m., and there’s a late night option Sunday through Thursday from 11 p.m.-2 a.m.

They offer 50% off several of their appetizers, dropping prices down to $6-8. For drinks, they have half-off beers and $4.50 cocktails. Some of the best options are their poke nachos and garlic knots.

The restaurant was nominated for Best Happy Hour by Las Vegas Weekly in both 2024 and 2025, and it still impresses in 2026.

RPM Italian

Yes, there is another option on this list at Caesars Palace! RPM Italian offers a daily happy hour from 3-5 p.m. at the bar inside the Forum Shops mall on the property.

Their happy hour has cocktails, wines, and small plates all priced at $8 each. As the name implies, they offer great Italian food at discounted prices, like prosciutto bruschetta, pizzette, and prime beef meatballs.

There are also $7 mocktails available, making it a good choice for groups with those who can’t or don’t want to drink.
