bet365 launched its online casino in West Virginia on Thursday, becoming the operator's fourth regulated U.S. iGaming market and bringing its in-house Jackpot365 progressive jackpot feature to a second state.
West Virginia is one of just seven states with a live, regulated online casino market. bet365 now operates in four of them — New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan and West Virginia — after building its casino footprint alongside its sportsbook expansion over the past two years.
Here's a snapshot of bet365's current US online casino footprint:
Metric | Figure |

West Virginia players who open a bet365 casino account can claim a “1,000 Deposit Match + 1,000 Free Spins” welcome offer. Once live, customers gain access to two of the operator's signature casino features:
“West Virginia represents another important step in bet365's continued expansion across North America,” said Trip Stoddard, Head of Development at bet365, in a statement. “As we grow our presence across the region, our focus remains on bringing customers the quality, depth and functionality that define the bet365 platform.”
West Virginia legalized online casino gaming through the 2019 Interactive Wagering Act, and its first platform, DraftKings Casino, went live in July 2020, followed by BetMGM later that year. The West Virginia Lottery regulates the market, which now includes eleven licensed online casino platforms operating under partnerships with the state’s five land-based casinos.
bet365 entered its first regulated U.S. casino markets in New Jersey and Pennsylvania before adding Michigan on April 17, 2026, where it launched online casino alongside its sportsbook for the first time outside the Northeast. West Virginia extends that model, giving bet365 a live casino product in more than half of the country’s active iGaming states. The company said it continues to build responsible gaming tools directly into its app, including spend and session limits, to help customers monitor their play.
