Fontainebleau Rewards Makes It Easier To Earn Points While Increasing Member Discounts

Fontainebleau is taking a different tactic to draw people to its property as visitation to Las Vegas continues to fall. Instead of offering room packages or tourist promotions, Fontainebleau Rewards has been revamped to offer better returns to gamblers - especially slot players.

Rewards Changes and Updates

There are a few updates and promotions to Fontainebleau Rewards that players should notice quickly.:

  • Faster point accumulation on slots
  • A year-long cashback program
  • New member incentives and more discounts

Anyone looking to sign up for the first time can start the process online to save a few minutes in the casino.

Fontainebleau claims to be home to “The Strip’s Most Rewarding Slots” with the changes. Kevin Sweet, Fontainebleau’s vice president of slot marketing and operations, says:

“We are excited to offer the most rewarding slot loyalty program on the Strip, complemented by one-of-a-kind upgrades, amazing amenities, and unrivaled luxury services for every player.”

While all of the improvements are built around slots, table game players will notice some of the changes, like the longer point life, improved discounts and promotions.

Slot Point Upgrade

Fontainebleau Rewards slashed how much slot players must spend to earn points, rewarding 1 Play Point for every $2.50 wagered on slots. Royal members, the top tier of Fontainebleau Rewards, receive an additional 30% boost in Play Points. These points can be redeemed for free play on slots.

Here’s a chart of how Fontainebleau Rewards compares to the other reward programs for casinos on the Las Vegas Strip.

Sorry, video poker players, your rewards will come four times slower. Video poker requires $10 of play for each Play Point. This imbalance between slot and video poker is standard for most Strip properties.

In addition to earning slot points, players will receive comp dollars that can be used at participating venues inside Fontainebleau. Tier Credits and Bleau Points for comp dollars are still earned at the same rate.

Players will earn three credits/points per dollar at slots, video poker and table games.  Players earn five credits/points per dollar at venues throughout the property.

Fontainebleau Cash Back

The “Fontainebleau Cash Back” program runs through the end of 2025, with first redemption period opening in December 2025.

For every 5,000 Play Points earned on slots, members will receive $20 in cash that can be redeemed at the casino cage. At $2.50 per point, a player would need to play through $12,500 to earn 5,000 points and $20.

While this is a nice offer, it’s not perfect. All guests will have to return to Las Vegas in December to redeem their points for cash back.

Additionally, low rollers will likely need multiple visits to Fontainebleau to earn enough points to make a return trip worthwhile. That being said, it’s a great perk for anyone planning multiple trips this year.

Promotions, Discounts and Perks

New Fontainebleau Rewards members receive $10 in free play when signing up for an account. They also have the chance to receive up to $1,000 after earning 500 Play Points.

All members receive up to 40% off hotel rooms and 5% off restaurants and bars just for signing up for an account. Upper-tier members will receive as much as 30% off rooms, while lower-level players should expect to save 5% to 10% on rooms.

Additionally, Gold and Royal Tier members receive late checkout, complimentary self-parking and valet, as well as waived resort fees. Fontainebleau’s website gives a full break down of the benefits for each tier level.

Fontainebleau will upgrade any new members doing a four-night stay in a Bleau King room to the Silver tier, unlocking free self-parking every day, free valet on weekdays, dining credits and free late checkout.

Outside of the rewards program, Fontainebleau also offers nightly free live music at Collins and Nowhere lounges for guests seeking lowkey entertainment. With Las Vegas visitation slowly dwindling over the last few months, the added perks for Fontainebleau Rewards could help the property stand out among its' strip competitors.
