With Google Pay you deposit without handing over your personal banking information to online casinos. It is part of the Google Wallet app and is an accepted casino payment at many US sites. There's a full list below.
This is a list of US regulated online casinos in your state that accept Google Pay. If you already have GPay simply click the Play Now button to register at the casino of your choice. After you’ve checked these out, I’ll explain what Google Pay is, how it works and how you can set it up.

As part of the Google Wallet app, Google Pay, or GPay, lets you link debit/credit cards or bank accounts to your Google Wallet. I use it a lot for online purchases simply because it means I don't have to give my payment card details to companies I don't know. Google Wallet "tokenises" your details, I'll explain later, which keeps everything secure.
Key features are:
To set up Google Pay on a mobile device, download the Google Wallet app, sign in with your Google Account, and add a payment card by scanning it or entering the details manually. You'll need to verify the card with your bank, set up a screen lock, and enable NFC for contactless payments in your phone's settings to use it in stores.
Download the Google Wallet app from the Play Store on an Android phone (version 6.0 or higher). If you have an older app called Google Pay, you can likely update it to Google Wallet. Open the app and sign in with your Google Account.
Tap Add to Wallet at the bottom of the home screen, then select Payment card. Scan your card with the camera or tap Enter details manually to type in the card number, expiration date, and security code. Tap Save and continue and accept the issuer's terms.
You'll be prompted to verify your payment method. Choose an option from the list, such as a text message or a call from your bank, to receive a verification code. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the verification process.
Ensure your phone's NFC is turned on. You can usually find this setting by going to Settings, then Connected devices, and Connection preferences.
Finally, and optional but I do recommend it: Set Google Wallet as your default payment app. Set up a screen lock on your phone if you haven't already.
Now you are set up, you can return to the list of casinos I posted above and choose a Google Pay casino to use your new app! Here's how to use it at online or at a casino app.
First, I recommend installing the Google Pay app on your device, registering, and connecting a payment card. This step is a one-time thing — you won’t need to do it every single time you want to deposit with Google Pay. Ultimately, the time you save in the future is well worth the initial legwork!
This is where we get into the detail!
When you use GPay to make a deposit, you don't send your payment card details. Instead GPay generates a virtual account number.
Your real number is called the Funding Primary Account Number (FPAN). This is replaced by Google with a tokenized Device Primary Account Number (DPAN). GPay also creates a dynamic security code, a Dynamic Card Verification Value (dCVV), which replaces the CVV you use that's on the back of your card.
If that isn't cool, I don't know what is!
For contactless payments, Google uses near field communication technology and the Consumer Device Cardholder Verification Method (CDCVM) using biometrics, pattern, or the device's passcode. You still approve payments either by entering your passcode or biometric info such as a fingerprint, so nobody but you can spend your money.
Alternatives to Google Pay are abundant and worth exploring. As for the most common alternatives, I’ve shortlisted them below:
The methods shown here operate in a different sphere from Google Pay (with the exception of Apple Pay). Of course, each has its own set of pros and cons. For example, prepaid cards offer better security but have lower transaction maximums than most.
E-wallets and ach casinos have the highest limits and can be used for withdrawals, but they aren’t quite as user-friendly as Google Pay. Credit cards, on the other hand, provide you peace of mind thanks to their payment protection. However, they often come with transaction fees. Should you be playing at a sweepstakes casino, your options for cashing out will be very limited; with Prizeout gift cards being the predominate option.
So, as you can see, no method is perfect, and the one you choose comes down to your needs and preferences — it’s that simple.
