Three-time Grammy Award-winner Megan Thee Stallion unveiled details on Wednesday about her upcoming "Hot Girl Summer Tour." It includes stops at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, on June 6 and at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on June 22.

The 31-city tour will stop in major cities across the US and Europe.

It marks Megan Thee Stallion’s first-ever worldwide arena tour where she is the headliner. Grammy-nominated GloRilla, known for chart-topping hits like "Tomorrow 2 (feat Cardi B)," "FNF," and "Yeah Glo!," will accompany Ms. Stallion on the US leg of the tour.

Pre-sale tickets went on sale Wednesday in connection with a Citi credit card promotion. General ticket sales will commence at 10 am PT on Friday, March 22 via AXS.com.

Hot Girl Ticket Frenzy?

Megan Thee Stallion fan account on X is reporting that standard admission tickets have gone on sale early in Chicago, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Denver, Detroit, Memphis and Tampa.

There has been no word of any early ticket sales so far in Hollywood, Florida, or Las Vegas.

Arena capacity at the Seminole Hard Rock Live venue is only 7,000. The MGM Grand Garden Arena accommodates 16,800.

The tour follows the success of Megan's latest song "HISS," which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 in February. The song also made history as the first solo female rap song to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard Global 200, setting a record for the biggest first week for a solo female rap song.

The song is her third No. 1 hit on the Billboard Hot 100, following her other chart-topping records "Savage (Remix)" with Beyoncé and "W.A.P." with Cardi B.

More than Musical Prowess

Megan Thee Stallion, a native of Houston, Texas, is not only a celebrated recording artist but also a philanthropist and entrepreneur – and arguably to some a neo-feminist icon. Born Megan Pete, she has been recognized for her musical achievements with three Grammy wins, nine BET Awards, and multiple Billboard Music Awards for "Top Rap Female Artist." Megan made history in Nov. 2022, becoming the first Black woman to appear on the cover of Forbes’ prestigious Under 30 issue.

She also has been making waves in the music industry with her independent music and entertainment entity, Hot Girl Productions. Earlier this year, she announced an innovative agreement with Warner Music Group that allows her to maintain her independence as a musician while also having access to the music company’s global services.

In addition to her lyrical achievements, Ms. Stallion has been recognized for her advocacy efforts. Most recently, Planned Parenthood announced plans to honor Megan with the organization’s Catalyst for Change Award at its annual gala in New York City on April 16.
