Mystery Man Strikes It Lucky With £97,000 Jackpot at Grosvenor Casino Portsmouth

In a game of stud poker, one 54-year-old man whose identity remains a mystery was lucky enough to scoop an impressive bonus of £97,000 at the Grosvenor Casino Portsmouth.
Rare Royal Flush Revealed
The booty was secured with a bit of a rarity, a Royal Flush of spades revealed to an amazed gathering who may or may not have known that the odds of being dealt such a hand were around 650,000 to 1.
The mystery man did express himself verbally, saying, “When I visited the casino, I never expected my luck to kick in to this degree or to have such an incredible hand of cards.
“When I realised that I had won, I was completely over the moon. I couldn’t have dreamed of a better day.”
Casino Manager Offers Congratulations
The winner was congratulated by the General Manager of the Casino, Tracey Collins, who said, “Massive congratulations to our lucky winner from all of us at the casino. To see such a big win with a very rare hand is amazing, and we hope all of our players get a stroke of the same luck when they visit us in the future.”
