CreedRoomz, a casino software developer, has partnered with Vindral to make its live dealer games artificially intelligent.
Sargis Poghosyan, deputy chief product officer and vice president of casino at CreedRoomz, expects the partnership to help create a more exciting line-up of live dealer games. Beyond the company's own fortunes, the deal marks another chapter in the evolution of artificial intelligence (AI) software and online casino games.
CreedRoomz, a subsidiary of SoftConstruct, currently provides a selection of live dealer games to UKGC-regulated online casinos, including Betfair and Casumo. These games follow the time-honoured model of pairing players with dealers in studios equipped with cameras and RFID trackers.
With help from Vindral, a live video software company based in Sweden, CreedRoomz will add new dimensions to its game. Topping the list of upcoming innovations are augmented reality overlays and AI-powered voiceovers.
The overlays, branded as V-Track, provide real-time data along with object-tracking technology. This allows the client (casino operators) to add virtual elements to their live games, providing a more immersive experience for players.
Along with augmented reality, Vindral's software uses a large language model (LLM) to offer a text-to-speech service. Due to be released in version two of Vindral's Composer platform, the voiceover software will provide lifelike narration to live dealer games.
The fact that it's powered by AI technology means that the narrator can react to a game's dynamics and simulate real conversations.
Commenting on the partnership, Poghosyan said it gives CreedRoomz "the platform to take our games to the next level – for our players, our operators and the entire live casino industry."
Echoing that sentiment, Daniel Alinder, CEO of Vindral, said CreedRoomz "brings exceptional game content and real creative ambition" and that Vindral is "proud to be the technology layer that helps them take it even further."
Alinder, along with Vindral's founder, Niclas Åström, have been championing the use of AI in live gaming for the best part of 12 months. In a guest column written for iGaming Business, the pair outlined their vision for the ways AI can enhance but not overwhelm the live casino sector.
They're of the opinion that live games should retain certain physical elements, but they don't necessarily need to take place in dedicated studios. Vindral's greenscreen technology can transform any room into a rich visual experience.
The combination of augmented reality and AI can also add new features to traditional in-game elements. For example, Vindral's AI-powered computer vision tracks a roulette wheel's movements.
From this, visual elements, such as multipliers and bonus symbols, can be seamlessly added to the wheel. Live dealer games, such as Evolution's Lightning Roulette, currently offer prize multipliers, but they're not integrated into the wheel.
Vindral's software bridges this gap and allows for the development of completely new features on top of existing live dealer games, according to Åström and Alinder.
Vindral and CreedRoomz aren't the only companies introducing new technologies into their products. Although, as Åström and Alinder wrote in 2025, live gaming is often seen as sacred, changes are afoot.
AI Live Casino has a portfolio of nine products, including AI Baccarat, AI Blackjack, AI Roulette, AI Sic Bo, AI Craps, AI Andar Bahar, AI Speed Frenzy, AI Color Game, and AI Bingo Frenzy. The games feature real people in digitally generated settings. Augmented reality and AI also add unique features, such as casino bonuses and multipliers.
Rather than replacing humans with virtually real dealers powered by AI, developers are focusing on augmentation. This strategy leaves the fundamental elements of live games untouched, namely that they should feature real people and physical objects.
However, it does provide another layer of interest that mirrors previous trends within the industry. The first real-money games released in the late nineties were made to be direct replicas of what you'd find in land-based casinos. As the industry evolved, developers experimented with new formats, such as roulette games with multiple wheels.
This evolved into enhancements such as random prize multipliers. Adding these features to live games has always been tricky, but now it seems as though augmented reality and AI are streamlining the processes. While it may not be revolutionary, AI is reshaping the industry. CreedRoomz will release its first Vindral-powered titles in the near future, with further announcements expected as the partnership develops.
