RoboCat offers lots of bonuses which you can find in the promotions page. You’ll find plenty of deposit bonuses, as well as options for existing customers too - always nice to see! The bonus terms are a bit of a sticking point, with a lot of prohibited games and fairly high wagering requirements.
With that said, if you’re after a bonus - you’re certainly not short of options!
RoboCat always has a welcome bonus on offer which you need to claim before making any bets! It’s usually made up of a deposit match bonus and a bundle of free spins. Look out for payment exclusions as Skrill and Neteller are almost always excluded from deposit bonuses here.
RoboCat offers two different reload bonuses, one for the weekend and one for during the week. These typically offer two different deals, one you’ll get a bundle of free spins, the other a percentage deposit match.
The free spins tend to be the better option as you’re only subject to a 40x wagering requirement on your winnings, rather than 35x on your deposit and bonus amount.
For me, the best bonus to claim is the live cashback bonus. This is available to everyone (unlike the regular cashback bonus, for only top 3 level VIPs). It only applies to live casino games, but you can usually get up to 25% back from your losses with only a 1x wagering requirement.
RoboCat Loyalty Programme
RoboCat does have a loyalty programme but it’s not super explicit about how to rise through the ranks and what perks you receive at each level.
At some point you get higher withdrawal limits, a VIP manager, and a cashback bonus. But, it’s not clear at what level and what these new limits/bonuses are!
RoboCat has a seriously impressive selection of bonuses, but they really fall down on some of the bonus terms. The wagering requirement appears to be 35x, but this is applied to the deposit and bonus amounts, meaning you’re actually wagering 70x - well above average.
Expiry dates are fair, but not particularly lengthy, with most bonuses needing to see you complete wagering in 10 days or fewer.
Similarly game contributions aren’t terrible, but aren’t the best in the business either. Most slots count 100%, while live games, table games, and card games count 10%. Importantly, jackpot slots, slingo, and bingo do not count at all.
There’s also an extensive list of prohibited games. These games aren’t just ones that don’t count towards wagering, but they’ll make you forfeit your bonus. There are around 1,000 listed in the general terms and conditions page - which honestly, feels a little unfair.
RoboCat has a truly enormous selection of games, more than 7,000 in total. Their catalogue is made up of top providers, with Microgaming, Spinomenal, Pragmatic Play, and PlayNGo taking up the largest amount of real estate.
So many casinos fall flat when it comes to the selection of table games, but not RoboCat! This casino offers well over 200 RNG table games - brilliant if you like classic games with a hint of nostalgia.
You’ll find all of the classics in this catalogue, as well as some really fun variants like Terminator Roulette, Real Spooky Roulette, Vinnie Jones Blackjack, and plenty more.
Tip: Table games aren’t sorted into categories, so if you know you want to play a particular game, it’s best to search using the search bar instead of endlessly scrolling.
Slots make up well over 6,000 of the games in RoboCat’s catalogue. Even the keenest players will struggle to make a dent! There are lots of top providers, as well as a few more niche indie developers.
It was great to see a whole section dedicated to jackpot slots, divided up by popularity in the ‘hot slots’ section, as well as a slew of new titles too. All of them were offering smaller jackpots than the massive network progressives. It would’ve been nice to see the jackpots advertised on the thumbnails to save time for those looking to shoot for the biggest prizes.
RoboCat has around 250 live casino games, with the majority offered by Pragmatic Live and On Air. Both are excellent providers and give loads of different variants of popular games. The catalogue is exceptionally easy to find your way around with categories for all the options you could want including roulette, blackjack, game shows, international tables, baccarat, and poker.
The blackjack section is absolutely mammoth with well over 100 tables to choose from. However, be careful near the bottom as some roulette titles have crept in!
RoboCat has a solid mobile browser site but doesn’t offer a dedicated app at this moment in time. You’ll have access to all the same games and it’s pretty easy finding your way through the catalogue thanks to their excellent filtering system.
RoboCat casino currently partners with more than 70 different software providers. Amongst the big hitters you’ll find names like:
RoboCat has absolutely loads of payment options! You can use everything from your debit card, to bank transfers, through cryptocurrency, e-wallets, and prepaid cards too. Whichever kind of payment method you prefer, you’re almost guaranteed to find it here.
In terms of deposits, every payment method has a $20 minimum. For withdrawals, it varies from between $20 (most fiat payments) to as high as $110 for Bitcoin payments.
Tip: If you’re a crypto user then check out the withdrawal limits for your chosen cryptocurrency before you make a deposit. Some of them are quite steep!
RoboCat covers some of the basics when it comes to customer safety, but it doesn’t go a whole lot further than that. Its Anjouan license was sufficient to prove that the casino was fair and safe, though it isn’t known for being one of the strictest licensing bodies out there.
However, the RoboCat casino licence displayed on the site currently isn’t valid according to the Internet Gaming Licence Validation. This could be a temporary blip, but until it’s rectified it’s not guaranteed to be safe to use RoboCat.
The backing of parent company NovaForge Ltd. is definitely a big plus. This company owns around 50 casino domain names and has been operating successfully for years.
Proving your identity couldn’t be simpler. Click on the little person icon and scroll through the drop down menu until you get to Account Details. Click this and you’ll see ‘verification’ come up as an option.
Sometimes, RoboCat casino will be able to verify you automatically, using information from your bank, or other casinos in their group. Other times, you’ll need to share a form of government issued ID (a passport or driving licence is perfect), and a utility bill to prove your address.
Doing this ahead of time is always a good idea. With your KYC completed, there’ll be no hold ups when it comes to withdrawals.
The responsible gambling tools on offer at RoboCat casino are a little lacklustre. You can find them by clicking on the ‘Responsible Gambling’ tab at the bottom of every page. Here, you’ll find some advice, a short quiz, and links to gambling support organisations.
The only actual tool that’s available is the option to self exclude by emailing customer support. It would be great to see deposit or loss limits, and perhaps a time out reminder added too.
Customer support at RoboCat is good - it’s just not the easiest to find! Click on ‘Help Centre’ in the bottom left hand corner and you’ll be taken to an FAQ style page. This is actually super helpful, with answers to most of the questions you could think of.
However, there’s also a link to live chat at the top of this page, which will be the best option for any questions not in the FAQ. Live chat is 24/7 and there’s an email you can contact too!
There’s so much to like about RoboCat, but its current invalid licence was a big down point for me. With that rectified I’d have no hesitation recommending this casino, so hopefully it won’t be too long!
The game catalogue is vast and packed with well-liked providers with absolutely top-tier games. The payments section is straightforward too, with totally affordable minimums, though payout times and minimum withdrawal amounts could do with a bit of attention!
I was pleasantly surprised by the 24/7 customer support that was available. Plus, if you love table games, there are few casinos that can compete with this selection.
The RoboSlot feature is a unique twist that was certainly a surprise to find! You can earn energies by making a deposit, wagering on slots, and participating in tournaments. Then, with that energy, you can spin the RoboSlot machine and potentially win rewards.
It’s a fun effort at gamification that brings a social element to the casino experience with tournaments and raids.
The minimum deposit amount at RoboCat casino is just $20 across all payment providers. This is enough to claim most deposit bonuses too, but always double check before confirming your deposit. Your deposit will appear in your account instantly, along with any bonus funds you claim.
RoboCat processes all withdrawals within three working days (this excludes weekends). Once the three days has elapsed, you then need to add your payment provider’s processing time. For bank transfers you could wait more than a week, but e-wallet transfers often fall well under the three day window.
RoboCat is licensed by the Anjouan Licensing Services Inc, however it’s licence is currently not valid. If it’s renewed, it will ensure RoboCat complies with safety and fairness regulations. You also benefit from a selection of trusted payment providers and the backing of NovaForge Ltd who own 50 other casino domains.
The minimum withdrawal from RoboCat varies depending on which payment method you’re using. For the majority of fiat currency payment options it’s just $20. For cryptocurrency options it’s between $40 and $110, so check before you make a request!
The easiest way to contact RoboCat Casino is via live chat, which can be accessed in the Help Centre tab. It’s available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Otherwise, you can send an email to support@robocat.com and expect an answer in under 24 hours.
