Max Casino makes the bonus terms exceptionally clear. But it doesn’t really make them any fairer. Deposit match bonuses are subject to an 80x wagering requirement on your deposit amount and you have to clear that before the bonus amount is awarded and within seven days of your deposit. For a deposit of NZ$20 (equivalent) that would be $1,600 to wager in just seven days. Which is kind of insane, to be honest.

Max Casino claims to have excellent 24/7 customer support, but in reality, this is provided by a chatbot only. And he/she is not the brightest. Live chat agents do exist, but their working times aren’t publicised and during my review, I was never able to be connected to one.

The FAQ area exists but is a little bare bones. And while Max the chatbot can help with very simple questions, this is an area where Max Casino needs to do some seriously work. Max Casino Review in Summary

If a vast catalogue and being able to play in crypto are your two main concerns, then Max Casino will be one of the best options. There are a couple of other nice touches, like this being a low-deposit casino along with lightning fast withdrawals. However, the unclear withdrawal terms, sky-high wagering on bonuses, and complete lack of responsible gambling tools make me really unsure, personally.

With live chat being almost impossible to use, and email responses being slow, you feel out on your own. It seems as though if something went wrong at this casino, it could be very hard to solve. With more attention paid to customer support and licensing, as well as a healthy slash to wagering requirements, I’d be way more comfortable recommending this casino.

What Surprised Me

I was expecting to find a slew of bonuses on the promotions tab, but it’s so empty it echoes. Being able to claim up to 1BTC is an enormous bonus, but that 80x wagering requirement means that the bonuses here won’t suit the vast majority.
