Blackjack Ballroom has a fairly small selection of bonuses. And unfortunately, they come with sky high wagering requirements. It’s almost enough to put you off entirely, but then this site decides to surprise you. And that’s because it has a brilliant loyalty program that’s shared amongst the Casino Rewards group.
The Blackjack Ballroom welcome bonus tends to come as a package deal, with a deposit match element for each, and usually some free spins too. It tends to total around C$150 per part of the package.
Crucially, all bonuses at Blackjack Ballroom come with a frankly ridiculous 200x wagering requirement. So, if you can avoid taking one, it’s probably a good idea.
Blackjack Ballroom is part of the Casino Rewards group. This is a large group of casinos that all share one loyalty program. This means that if you gain points on one, it’s automatically applied to your loyalty level across any others you have an account at. So, if you like switching up the casino you play at and want to accrue all your points in one place, it’s perfect.
You get perks such as better bonuses and entry tickets to the Time of Your Life Sweepstakes prizes for accruing VIP points (for wagering on games).
You also get access to the jackpot program. There are five levels to the jackpot program – Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. There are also five jackpots, one for each level. As you move up the levels you unlock eligibility to win that jackpot. But you’re also still eligible to win jackpots from any of the lower levels too.
Jackpots are drawn three times a day and the jackpot pool tends to sit at around $1,500, which is shared between all five jackpots. These amounts aren’t life changing, but they drop regularly and can make a big difference to your bankroll!
If you win, you only have eight hours to claim your prize, so it’s worth checking regularly.
For me, everything here promos wise – except the loyalty program – is worth avoiding. The 200x wagering requirement as standard is the highest I’ve seen and would mean even a $100 bonus would require you to wager $20,000 before you could withdraw your winnings. Yikes for sure.

Blackjack Ballroom Casino has around 700 games in its catalogue. While it isn’t a massive selection, it is one that you won't get to enjoy everywhere else. There are a good number of exclusive games, as well as a live casino section that’s pretty impressive in its own sort of way.
With a name like Blackjack Ballroom, I’ve got to admit, I was expecting a bit more in the way of RNG table games. There are 89 table games, including around 30 blackjack options. It’s slightly more than some other casinos and there are some popular titles in there too including Single Hand options, and poker side bets. But groundbreaking this is not.
Despite its name, Blackjack Ballroom really excels at slots. There are a little over 500 in the catalogue and they’re brilliantly filtered into options including by paylines, jackpots, and ‘Rooms’. These rooms have things like early access games and the best payout casino games – great for an experience that feels more customized for you.
There’s also a full section of games that are only available at Casino Rewards casinos. If you like a nostalgic style of game, then this section is the place to be.
Fans of live casinos online have a great deal of choice at Blackjack Ballroom. When you click on the live casino tab it initially looks like there are only three games, but these are actually all different lobbies.
The Live Casino option takes you to exclusive rooms to the Casino Rewards group with fun themes like Playboy and After Dark. It feels exclusive and ‘grown up’ but it also plays well with plenty of options, particularly for blackjack and baccarat fans.
The next tab is for Pragmatic Live games and the final one is for Evolution. At present, the latter are not available in Canada.
Blackjack Ballroom Casino works fine on mobile site, but doesn’t have a dedicated app to download. Interestingly it does have a desktop casino app, which is really quite unusual nowadays. However, it was originally launched in 1999 – so that might be why! I can honestly say I didn’t feel the need to bother with it, though.
Blackjack Ballroom Casino doesn’t let you filter by game provider, which is a little frustrating if you have favorites you want to find. However, from thoroughly searching the catalogue, it’s clear who the majority of games come from. I spotted IGT, NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, NYX Gaming, Core Gaming, High 5 Games, iSoftBet, and Microgaming.
Blackjack Ballroom Casino has a solid selection of payment options. But does unfortunately have a much higher minimum withdrawal than the minimum deposit amount. There’s also a 48 hour pending window on all withdrawals. So keep this in mind if you prefer casinos with fast payout or playing on a small budget.
From what I could tell, minimum deposits are usually C$10, while it’s $50 for withdrawals. Payout speeds range from two days all the way up to four days for bank cards.
You’ll need to verify your identity before you can make a deposit or withdrawal at Blackjack Ballroom Casino. So get this completed as soon as you’re prompted to.
Blackjack Ballroom Casino keeps it simple with a one stage sign up process.
You’re forced to accept the welcome bonus on this site. But if you don’t want to use it, just ensure your first deposit is below the minimum qualifying amount.
Blackjack Ballroom Casino has a license from the Kahnawake Gaming Commission and will verify your identity before you withdraw. It uses SSL encryption and trusted payment providers too, making for a good few green flags. But beyond these, the security credentials fall a little below average.
All of the responsible gambling tools and live chat are outsourced to Casino Rewards, the parent company of many sister sites including Blackjack Ballroom.
Blackjack Ballroom makes ID verification straightforward. You’ll be invited to share your ID as soon as you try to make your first deposit. All you need is a form of government issued ID and a utility bill. Upload those and wait (around 24 hours) and you’ll be set up and ready to play.
While even the most trusted online casinos wait until your first withdrawal to verify your identity, it’s nice to see Blackjack Ballroom being proactive in its approach. You should be equally proactive if you’d like to avoid any delays down the road.
I’m yet to review a casino that doesn’t even link to responsible gambling from their own website. I had to contact live chat and be passed through three different agents before one directed me to the central Casino Rewards responsible gambling page. One which isn’t accessible from Blackjack Ballroom once logged in.
There are tools you can set up with live chat agents, but nothing automatic. And crucially, you wouldn’t know about them unless you spend 45 minutes speaking to customer support staff.
Honestly, this is poor. Big improvement needed here.
Blackjack Ballroom Casino offers customer support via live chat exclusively. To access it, head to Help then click the colourful Live Chat button. You’ll initially be connected to a chatbot, but if that can’t answer your question, you’ll be connected to an actual human.
It can take a while for a response from an agent, and if your question goes beyond the very basics, you’re likely to be transferred to different people before you get an answer. Again, this is all pretty poor.
Blackjack Ballroom has been running since 1999. And it shows. The desktop app is nostalgic, but even the website has that noughties feel. There’s a good selection of games, particularly live dealer ones, and the table games section is fairly well filled out too.
It was a shame that responsible gambling tools were almost completely hidden. And for all customer support to be so blatantly outsourced was a little frustrating too. However, the main drawback was that 200x wagering requirement. It borders on offensive!
The Casino Rewards loyalty program does help Blackjack Ballroom’s case though, offering regular jackpots and prizes worth winning. If there’s one reason to stick around – it’s this.
A 200x wagering requirement is never a nice surprise, but it’s the standard at Blackjack Ballroom Casino. For this reason, it’s probably best to avoid all deposit match bonuses here.
The minimum deposit at Blackjack Ballroom Casino is C$10 regardless of the payment method that you choose. You will have to complete your identity verification before you deposit, so keep this in mind and have your documents at the ready.
Blackjack Ballroom Casino’s withdrawal times range from two days up to five. It’s best to avoid debit and credit card payments if possible, as these take the longest. Thankfully, your ID verification gets underway from the moment you deposit, so there shouldn’t be any additional hold ups.
Yes. Blackjack Ballroom Casino is part of the well-known Casino Rewards group, which has been around for decades. It has a licence from the Kahnawake Gaming Commission and uses SSL encryption as standard. Its partnerships with trusted payment providers are another tick for safety.
Yes, Blackjack Ballroom was established in 1999. So when it comes to long track records, it doesn’t get a whole lot longer than this. It’s fully licensed and uses industry standard SSL encryption. However, the wagering requirements are quite high and bonus terms can be difficult to find. So do watch out for those.
The minimum withdrawal amount at Blackjack Ballroom Casino is C$50 regardless of your payment method. With a minimum deposit amount of $10 this feels a little cheeky, but provided you’re aware of it from the beginning, then there’s nothing to worry about.
The only way to contact Blackjack Ballroom Casino is via live chat. Click on ‘Help’ and there’ll be a flashing link to contact live chat staff. There’s usually a reply within five minutes, but there are often transfers between staff to help you find what you’re looking for.
