Join me back on the farm with the launch of Oink Farm 2. The development by Foxium has seen a major upgrade since the first Oink Farm slot machine. Will this sequel help me milk more wins? Can I bring home the bacon? But let’s not get too corny with farming puns, but I have to say I’m egg-cited by how this game is looking.
In this review, I share my real money experience of the Oink Farm 2 game. I discuss how the game plays and performs. I discuss the design, the software, the programming, and the in-play bonuses and features.
You can also share the same experience with the free slots demo, which is embedded into this slot review. You don’t have to sign up or download any software. Just click on the game, and it will play on any mobile device. Oink Farm 2 by Foxium is a much bigger game. There is now a bigger slot that carries four rows and six reels. That makes 40 paylines to possibly win from. There is also now a feature wheel to the right of the reels offering mystery prizes, multipliers, and free spins. There is also a Gamble feature, and above the reels, there is a newly designed progress bar that comes with free spins and multipliers.
The animation and graphics are also better than in the first Oink Farm slot. This game is a whole lot more vibrant and it feels more positive, and I, for one, like that.
You cannot beat a good farm game, and this one is miles ahead of the original Oink Farm slot machine.
When you load up Oink Farm 2, be aware that the game defaults bets to $2 per spin. You can change this by pressing on the coin stack icon. This opens the betting values, and you will find several prices that you can pay per spin. The lowest value is $0.20, and the highest is $100. Pick any amount you can afford to spend per spin, and once ready, select the spin button to rotate the reels and spin those symbols.
The symbols with the higher value are the fox, sheep, hen, cabbage, and carrot. The lower ones are the A, K, Q, J, 10, and 9. Wins are made by landing three to six of these matching symbols on any of the 40 paylines. The patterns can be found on the paytable. Select the menu button to see this, along with the symbol values, bonus features, and gaming rules.
Playing is nothing more than repeatedly pressing the spin button. The game is 99% automated, and it’s just a matter of luck when it comes to winning. However, there are special features within the game that can contribute to the entertainment and possible payouts.
You cannot beat a good farm game, and this one is miles ahead of the original Oink Farm slot machine. I loaded the game, stuck with the default price of $2 per spin, and set the auto-play to 50 spins.
The wild feature triggered on the fifth spin and returned a $7 win. After that, I immediately hit two scatters, and the respin feature triggers. I then land the third scatter and open up the bonus free spins game. I get six free spins but choose not to gamble this.
During the bonus, a chicken fires wild symbols onto reel six from his gun, and then the game kicks off, and it’s brilliant. The expanding wilds really do form big wins, and the round of play ends with a return of $58.60. I’m not even beyond my first ten spins of the base game.
Only when I have triggered the bonus, I could buy my way into the bonus round. If I click on Buy, I see the cost is 100 times my bet. But decided not to do this, as the feature now remains open for the duration of my game time.
You know what? Having won big and I am now $62.40 in the green, I have decided to end my game time there. I love this game only after six spins played, and I will definitely be returning.
The RTP is 96.37%, the volatility is set at medium, and the max payout is 1000 times your betting value. So, spins at $100 per play can win a jackpot of $100,000, which is the only thing that sucks about this game.
I loved the game and only played six spins. In this time, I hit the bonus round and won $58.60. Overall, I cashed out $62.40. That was good enough for me. The medium volatility is also a plus, and the expanding wilds feature is a game-changer.
