If you’re not familiar with the series by Hacksaw Gaming, it has released several online slots featuring a French-speaking raccoon who dresses up and presents himself as something he is not. In this case, Le Santa.
Before playing, I set my bet to pay $2 per spin and set the autoplay feature to 25 spins. The slot immediately lands a win, though only $1, the hit rate continues, with a win at a rate of every other spin. However, the consistency is compromised by the fact that all wins so far have returned less than the cost of my bet.
Onto spin 13 and the most significant win so far, $12. That is, until spin 20, when I win $22, which helps me to break even. As the game advances, I’m close to landing the three bonus symbols, but alas, the spins end.
I decide to raise my bet to $4 and play ten spins. The first spin returns $2, the second, $26, which helps me to break even once more. Spin three comes with a $4 win. Spin seven, another $4, spin eight, accumulating $2.80, and that’s it. Thirty-five spins in total, and it’s pretty much the same as the many games in the series that came before it. A bit like a bad Christmas, aye. Never mind, it goes on the naughty list. Ho-ho-ho!
