Max Casino keeps the bonus selection small, with one option for sports and one option for casino, generally speaking. Their latest casino bonuses tend to go up to truly massive amounts but do watch out for wagering as that’s also pretty massive!
The welcome bonus for us casino folks tends to be a deposit match bonus up to a large amount, generally in Bitcoin. It’s absolutely suitable for high rollers, but does come with only seven days to complete an enormous 80x wagering requirement. And that’s why I say it’s only suitable for high rollers. If that’s not you – forget it.
Max Casino clearly displays the bonus terms beneath every bonus. But they’re not so friendly, if we’re to be honest. Slots are the only game contributing 100%. Live casino contributes 20%. Everything else contributes nothing at all. You get seven days to complete the wagering on bonuses – again much tighter than industry standards). But the real kicker is an 80x wagering requirement as standard. That’s simply way too high for most folks, me included.

Max Casino wows even the keenest among us with more than 14,000 games in its arsenal. As well as the categories I’ll go into below, you’ll also find Lucky Games (mostly scratchcards) and Virtual Games (sports themed favourites). Do check these categories out, even if they’re not your usual thing. I did have some fun exploring them.
While not even close to the volume of slots at Max Casino, there are a huge number of RNG table games, more than 850 in fact! This is one of the largest selections I’ve seen, encompassing blackjack, roulette, baccarat, craps, and poker, as well as arcade style games like crash, keno, and more.
There’s plenty of choice here and despite it just being all thrown into one section, it’s a real highlight of the library. I just wish it was a touch easier to search through.
With over 11,000 slot games, there’s plenty to get your teeth stuck into here. If you’re looking for a catalogue so vast you’d struggle to get through it, this is probably the one. Like the rest of the lobby, filtering is almost non-existent, so scrolling through, searching by name, or filtering by provider are your only options.
There is a jackpot slot games category, which is home to a handful of games, though strangely no progressives – which would be a brilliant addition to the catalogue.
There are just over 800 games in the live casino catalogue. Another huge selection! Pragmatic Live, Evolution, and Playtech are responsible for a good chunk of this library, so you know you’re guaranteed a good time. Especially when it's led by clued-up, helpful live casino dealers.
While the live casino catalogue more than covers all bases in terms of game variety, it isn’t possible to filter and it isn’t categorised. Not beyond the live casino tab just yet. However, you can filter by provider, which is probably the best way to go if you’ve got something in mind.

Max Casino doesn’t have a mobile app, but truthfully? It doesn’t really need one. This is clearly a platform designed for mobile browser. Think collapsible menus, big buttons, and easy navigation. Even my fat fingers could get around it easy.
Max Casino has 99 software providers in the catalogue including plenty of big names. You’ll find lots of live casino favourites from giants like Evolution and Pragmatic Play. Plus well over 10,000 slots from all kinds of studios. Playtech, 1x2 Gaming, and Yggdrasil just to name a few.
Max Casino lets you deposit and withdraw using cryptocurrency only. However, it does let you place bets in Euro and automatically converts amounts into crypto for you, so you’re aware what you’re gambling with.
Minimums for deposits are €1 across the board, but for withdrawals do watch out, as the minimum rises to €50. Maximums change too, from €1 million for deposits, to just €100,000 for withdrawals. Honestly? It feels a little cheeky!
You’ll find 14 major coins to choose from and while deposits are instant, withdrawals can take up to three days. Honestly though, I found them to come much quicker than that, which is no surprise. Crypto gaming platforms tend to be some of the top fast payout casinos around. To speed things up, keep withdrawals fairly small and make sure to complete your verification.
Max Casino has a simple, one-step registration process than shouldn’t take more than a minute to complete. Here’s how.
Max Casino is owned and run by Green Champions Leader SLR. This is a company that has plenty of casinos and for that, Max Casino feels a lot safer. However, there’s not an active licence here, which means you should approach with caution.
On top of this, Max Casino doesn’t have a mandatory KYC process, doesn’t really offer customer service (except slowly by email) and also doesn’t have any responsible gambling tools. I have to be honest and say that these are red flags for me.
Overall, its parent company’s reputation, solid game library, and easy payments are doing the heavy lifting in terms of trustworthiness. But there’s a lot of work to be done here.
Max Casino will let you transact – probably as it runs entirely on crypto – without completing KYC. But, if you want to get it done, you can! Here’s how:
These should be checked and confirmed over the course of a couple of days.
Max Casino has a Responsible Gambling page, but it’s a little lacklustre. And that’s to be polite! You’re given some information about underage gambling and some signs to look for. Then you’re told to contact customer support (quite tricky!) or seek help from a professional organisation.
In terms of support and tools, there really doesn’t seem to be anything Max Casino offers. Which is super disappointing.
Max Casino mentions its ‘helpful 24/7 support’ but I didn’t find any evidence of it in my review. Max the chatbot seems to be the only one working 24/7 and he provides only the most basic of pre-programmed answers. ChatGPT this fella ain’t.
To reach an actual human you can email [email protected]. But there are no guarantees, or even timeframes as to when you’ll hear back.
With a game selection this huge, Max Casino is always going to have its fans. Advertising itself as an anonymous casino, having a one-step registration, and only allowing crypto payments will all appeal to some. It’s certainly a niche.
However, if you’re safety conscious, this is perhaps a casino best left alone. It’s lack of a licence, lack of customer support, and lack of responsible gambling tools shows where this company’s priorities lie. That’s offering the biggest casino catalogue possible with no barriers to entry.
Not being able to contact customer support via live chat was a bit of a surprise. Especially when they claim they’re around 24/7. I checked back at different times of day and still couldn’t get hold of anybody. Thankfully, I didn’t need help urgently. But if I had, it would’ve been really disappointing to be stuck chatting to Max the useful-as-a-chocolate-teapot chatbot.
The minimum deposit at Max Casino is a single Euro, so whatever budget you’re on, you’ll be able to afford to play here! If you want to claim a bonus, it generally rises to around €10 but do be careful of the increased minimum withdrawal amount of €50.
Max Casino usually pays out pretty quickly thanks to its crypto-only payments. Under 24 hours usually. However, it does reserve up to three working days to approve withdrawals. If you’ve not completed the KYC or made a particularly large withdrawal it may need manual approval, which will slow things down.
Max Casino doesn’t currently have a licence, so it’s always best to approach with extra caution. However, it does use SSL encryption and works with trusted payment providers too. So, while your data is secure, there aren’t any absolute guarantees around the operations of the platform whilst it lacks a licence.
Max Casino is owned by Green Champions Leader SRL, a large company that owns plenty of casinos. It’s registered as a business in Costa Rica, but shows absolutely no licensing, which is a bit of a worry. While player reviews are largely positive, it’s always best to use extra caution with unlicensed sites.
The minimum withdrawal amount at Max Casino is €50, a steep jump from the €1 minimum deposit! If you tend to withdraw small amounts, then this might not be the casino for you. it can be difficult to contact support - and this would be the only way to withdraw less than €50.
The best way to contact Max Casino is by sending an email to [email protected]. The live chat is generally offline, and there aren’t any other options available. Via email, you should get a response in around two working days, though that site doesn’t make any promises about that. Alternatively, you might find an answer in the FAQ.
