With somewhere in the region of 8,000 casino games, BetLabel provides a massive offering that will immediately catch eyes. But we both know there’s much more to a casino than a maxed-out lobby.
In this BetLabel Casino review, we’ll be covering everything from bonuses to games, withdrawals to licensing. So by the end, you’ll know whether this is the site for you. Or at least – that’s the plan.

BetLabel Casino offers a solid selection of bonuses with pretty reasonable bonus terms. While the bonuses aren’t as plentiful as at some other casinos, for most folks, there’ll be more than enough to get started with. Think of it as a promotions page you’ll check every now and then, rather than one you call at daily.
One thing to note. You cannot claim any bonuses, including the welcome bonus, if you’re depositing in cryptocurrency.
Let’s talk some examples. Here’s what was available while I was testing out BetLabel’s online casino.
BetLabel usually offers a deposit match bonus along with a bundle of free spins. It usually comes over the course of your first four deposits and is unlocked with a deposit as low as €10. There’s a really fair 35x wagering requirement, but you do only have seven days to complete it, so you’ll need to move quickly!
On Wednesdays only, I could claim a 50% deposit match bonus whenever I reloaded my account. This came with the same 35x wagering, so I did feel it was worthwhile.
BetLabel has an eight tier loyalty programme that gives you better cashback casino bonus rates the higher you climb (up to 11% total). To rise up through the levels, just wager real money and the rest is done for you.
I don’t know about you, but I love cashback. It takes the sting out of losses and usually comes with much kinder terms than other promos – as is the case here.
BetLabel has fairly clear bonus terms that don’t vary too much. The wagering requirement tends to be 35x every time, which is more than fair. And the expiry date is usually seven days. Admittedly that is much shorter than average, and may mean some intense play is required. And that won’t suit everyone.
There’s a very long list of excluded games in the T&Cs. And while these won’t forfeit your bonus, they also won’t count towards the wagering requirement. So, it’s worth checking that list, and checking it twice.

BetLabel has a big catalogue, with somewhere in the region of 8,000 games. Frankly it was hard to keep count! The slots section is enormous, but there’s a solid selection of table games and a 1,000 strong live dealer selection too.
Other than the slightly confusing table games categorisation, the catalogue is neatly filtered and easy to find your way around. No complaints from me!
Slightly confusingly, BetLabel separates its catalogue into ‘Slots’ and ‘Live Dealer’ only. But don’t panic, it does have RNG table games, just under the slots filter. You’ll find filtering options on the left hand side, where you’ll find all kinds of table games including blackjack, roulette, poker, Asian games, and baccarat. There's even the option of keno games online.
Once you’ve worked out the filtering, you’re rewarded with a massive table games selection. Poker alone offers 144 different games. And roulette and blackjack have similar.
There are around 4,000 slots at BetLabel, with a selection that’s growing all the time. You can filter by provider easily, but other than that there are also options for classic slots, cluster pays, Megaways, hold & wins, jackpots, and more.
The Megaways section was particularly strong with hundreds and hundreds of brilliant titles. Plus, if you’re into Hold & Win games there are close to 400 of these to work your way through. That's almost as many as even the biggest and best slot sites online have.
The live casino library at BetLabel is vast. There are about 1,000 games in the library. Though somewhere between a third and a half are the same variants, but for different languages.
Ezugi, Pragmatic Live, and Evolution are the main three contributors to this selection - a truly excellent trio. You can filter really thoroughly here too, with options for all the big favourites (blackjack, roulette etc). But also slightly more niche options like Jackpot games, speed games, Asian games, and plenty more too.
BetLabel Casino offers a top notch mobile experience, both through the browser site and through the dedicated casino game apps. The app is an APK, rather than a ‘true’ app you can download through the Apple/Google Play Store. However, everything runs smoothly, there’s virtually no lag, and it’s really easy to find your way around.
BetLabel Casino has just shy of 150 game providers on the roster. No surprise, but still an absolutely massive number! Among this selection you’ll find industry giants like Playson, Evolution, 1x2, BGaming, and more, as well as some smaller studios too. Don’t be afraid to seek out some new names around here.
BetLabel has absolutely loads of options for payments. 45 in total. If a casino could have too many options, this is the one. Admittedly lots of them are cryptocurrencies, but you’ll also find bank cards, bank transfers, prepaid cards and e-wallets too.
Crypto has the lowest minimum deposit amount at around €1. Other payment methods all have a very reasonable €10 minimum.
It’s worth bearing in mind that a lot of the deposit methods aren't available for withdrawals. In fact, of the 45 deposit methods, only 26 can be used for payouts. For fiat currency the €10 minimum is the same, but for crypto it’s a lot higher, often around €100 to €150 depending on the exchange rate and the coin you choose.
Don’t worry, the process is easier than you might think. Here’s what to do:
Your deposit, along with the welcome bonus (if you claimed it) will be credited to your account instantly.
BetLabel claims to hold an international licence, but doesn’t have any information about where the licence is from, or any licensing numbers on its site. Even customer support staff can’t provide information on it. It’s a real shame, as this casino does seem to do everything else really well, but a lack of a licence is a red flag that has to be taken seriously.
BetLabel lets you complete your KYC easily. Just go to your account and submit a government issued ID, a photo of the back and front of your debit or credit card, as well as a recent utility bill. You’ll usually be approved within 24 hours.
BetLabel doesn’t really have much in the way of responsible gambling tools. You can take a self-assessment test and you can request to be self-excluded via email or live chat - but that’s it. It would be great to see at least deposit limits made available to help make this a better selection.
Such a lack of tools here is another thing that concerns me.
BetLabel has solid customer support that’s available around the clock. Live chat is the easiest option. And while there is a chatbot that you’ll have to navigate first, it’s pretty quick to speak to a real agent – usually 5 minutes.
If you’ve got a bit more time you can send an email and expect a response in around 24 hours. There’s also an FAQ area but it’s not all that comprehensive, so speaking to someone is probably your best bet.
If you do want to send an email then make sure you pick the right address, there are three to choose from. Use [email protected] for queries about passwords, logins etc. Use [email protected] for any complaints you’d like to raise, for everything else use [email protected].
BetLabel provides a massive game catalogue, excellent bonus terms, and friendly customer support. However, it falls a little flat in terms of customer safety. It currently seems to be operating without displaying a licence and doesn’t offer anything in terms of responsible gambling tools.
If it could iron out these problems, then it really would be one of the better Irish online casinos out there. Particularly with the plethora of tournaments and truly knockout selection of live casino games.
It was a real shame to not be able to verify a licence for BetLabel. While the parent company TechSolutions Group N.V. does have a Curacao licence (OGL/2024/590/0758), this is not the same thing as BetLabel having its own licence.
The minimum deposit at BetLabel Casino is just €1 via most cryptocurrencies or €10 for fiat payments. Remember that you can’t claim bonuses using crypto at BetLabel. So in this case, it’s almost always a better idea to make your deposits in Euros.
BetLabel reserves up to seven days to pay out. And while it took much less time in my review (under 24 hours) it does feel a little cheeky that it could take so long. For faster withdrawals, crypto is the best option. But you will need to meet a much higher minimum withdrawal amount.
BetLabel ticks so many of the safety boxes. But on the big one, a licence, it lets itself down. It seems as though BetLabel has been licensed in the past, but currently there’s no licence displayed anywhere on the site. For this reason alone, it’s best to use extreme caution when wagering at this site.
BetLabel Casino is owned by a major brand TechSolutions Group N.V, which does give it some legitimacy. But at the moment, it seems to be operating without a licence. TechSolutions Group N.V have also been hit with some fairly large fines over the past couple of years, so it’s worth using caution when betting here.
For withdrawals in Euros, you can expect a €10 minimum across the board. However, for crypto payments, it’s often a lot higher (around the €100 to €150 mark). It’s well worth keeping this in mind if you’re on a tighter budget, as it’s not always easy to reach those higher minimums.
The easiest way is via live chat, which is available around the clock. There are also three different email channels, depending on whether you have a complaint, a security question, or a more general query. You can even request a callback via the form on site. Live chat is the most straightforward option and runs 24/7.
