Let me tell you exactly what’s up for grabs when you sign up for your new EgoGames Casino account: it’s an impressive package including 335% in welcome bonus cash up to a max of C$4,310 (awkward amount, I know), plus 335 free spins. Look, I tried my hardest, but I couldn’t figure out what all the 335s were symbolic of. The bonus is split across several deposits, so there’s a special treat when you come back.
The welcome offer has a max payout of 5x the bonus amount, which is pretty good, and a wagering of 30x applies. Believe me, I’ve seen much, much worse.
I also found some reloads, free spins offers, weekend deposit match promos and best of all, cashback! The cashback bonuses percentage is very impressive at up to 25%.

Now look, I didn’t count them (because I have casino reviews to write), but EgoGames claims to have over 12,000 slots. If that’s accurate, it would be one of the widest varieties I’ve seen at any Canadian online casino. If that’s your appetite, let’s jump in!
The top and new games are marked as such in the lobby, so they’re easy to find. All of your favourites are here, including Hacksaw’s Le Bandit and Pragmatic Play’s Big Bass Bonanza 1000, but I’d highly recommend browsing the “collections” to see some of the top themes. Love horror? There’s a collection for it, where you’ll find some truly unhinged games like Zombie Carnival and Infective Wild.
But EgoGames doesn’t just have slots. Oh, no, no, no. There are some really fun mini games like Big Bass Crash and Plinko Rush, plus the live casino offers a good selection of roulette, blackjack and baccarat tables. There are even some VIP options where minimums start in the hundreds of dollars.
With such a huge selection of games, I would have liked to see some progressive jackpots, but unfortunately, the jackpot section mainly has games with fixed prizes. But let me emphasize this was the one and only disappointment.
Look, I know you don’t care much about other payment methods, so let me answer your question right now: yes, you can use Interac at EgoGames. Bank cards, MiFinity, Skrill and Neteller are also accepted, along with a decent variety of cryptocurrencies.
You can deposit C$20 or more in each transaction if you’re using Flexepin, or C$30 or more for other methods, but beware, the cashier section defaults to C$160 as a “popular option”. I nearly got caught out and made a much bigger deposit than I’d intended to!
I was expecting the minimum withdrawal here to be quite high, and I was kind of right: for cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, it’s set at C$100. The good news is you can use other methods too, where it’s only C$30.
The first thing that caught my eye in the EgoGames Casino lobby is just how big the game icons are. I thought I had my zoom maxed out! This makes it super easy to browse the games and find the one you want.
While the design of the site is quite basic, it doesn’t really need to be more complicated. There’s one homepage where you can browse all of the games, or you can break them down by category or collection, like Egyptian, Fishing or Wild West. If you’re not quite ready to spend real cash yet, you can always try the games in demo mode first.
Despite a "download app” button on the site, there’s no app available. The best you can do is save a shortcut to your phone’s home screen. No matter, because the mobile site works fine. I liked how the bonuses are displayed really prominently at the top of the homepage, and the vast majority of games are adapted for portrait mode play.
✔️ Large game icons are easy to see
✔️ Slots are broken down into convenient “collections”
✔️ Game demos are available for slots
❌ No casino mobile app available, but the browser-based site works well.
I had to test the full EgoGames experience from start to finish, so that I could tell you all about it. I’m thorough like that. My sign-up process was much quicker because I could do it directly through my Google account, but you can also sign up the old-fashioned way using your email address. EgoGames has a license in Curaçao, although I’ll admit I had to do some digging because it’s not surfaced very prominently on the site.
I wanted to verify my account immediately, so that I wouldn’t have any delays later when I was ready to withdraw. Verifying was easy by following a four-step process that included a liveness test.
Less impressive was the selection of responsible gambling tools. I couldn’t find any sign of deposit limits or session time limits. There’s an option to self-exclude, but you have to contact the support team.
✔️ ID, address and liveness check needed for verification, a positive sign for security
✔️ Licensed by the Curacao Gaming Control Board - a legitimate regulatory body
✔️ Signing up via Google account is available, which can really speed things up
❌ Tools like deposit limits and reality checks are missing in the responsible gambling area.
I was happy to see that live chat is available 24/7 at EgoGames casino. I was even happier when I: a) didn’t need to suffer through an AI chatbot and b) was connected with an agent within seconds. Top marks from me for this one. Support is available in English, Dutch and Portuguese, but I would have much preferred a French option for the Francophones amongst us.
Let me tell you, I hunted high and low for an FAQs page. I even held out some hope that it was hidden somewhere within the live chat box. Nope. Nothing. Nada. I guess it’s a good thing live chat is so responsive!
At EgoGames Casino, the minimum deposit for most payment methods, including e-wallets, bank cards and crypto is C$30. The option with the lowest minimum is Flexepin, where you can top up with C$20 or more at a time.
The EgoGames team processes withdrawals during business hours only, and it usually takes about three days for approval. After that, crypto and e-wallet payments are instant, while bank cards can take up to three more days on top of processing time.
When you play at EgoGames, your sensitive information is securely encrypted, plus you’ll need to verify your identity, and the casino even has anti-money laundering protocols. All of these work together to make sure that you’re totally safe when you play.
EgoGames doesn’t make the licensing details very clear, but the site is actually regulated in Curacao. That means it’s a safe option for players in Canada, and if you get lucky enough to win, you’ll really get paid out.
The minimum withdrawal amount depends on the payment method you’re using. For most methods, it’s set at C$30, but if you’re using a cryptocurrency like Bitcoin, Ethereum or USDT, you’ll need to withdraw at least C$100 at a time.
You can send an email or use the live chat function (available 24/7) to get in touch with the EgoGames Casino team. The only downside is that there’s no FAQs section, so you won’t be able to solve your own queries.
