Well, it looks like the usual crew of my father and the two uncles return to forge the entertainment of Rise of Olympus Extreme. However, now that I look at it, the whole game is a repeat of what's already been featured in games that came before it.
I put my bets at $2.50 per spin, and set the Autoplay to 50, so I can do some bench presses while the game does its thing. The gameplay immediately presents tokens and a Tumble feature from the first spin. Sixteen spins into the game, and Hades activates his feature to return $6. Then seven spins later, Poseidon activates his but only returns $0.60.
Then the Wrath of Olympus bonus activates after filling the charger, and with all gods using their powers to help me win, this leads to a payout of $23. However, I am still way off being able to cash out, and I am only halfway through the 50 spins.
The god powers seem to land quite frequently, which is a handy distraction from the lack of wins. With eight spins left, the Zeus and Hades powers activate, but these only amount to a win total of $2.
Ultimately, the experience was a colossal failure. It’s a game with no new spark and feels like it has all been done before.
