Direct from the bowels of Relax Gaming, Necromancer’s Gate has entered into our lives, and it has been tasked to me and our special guest, Jack O’Potts, to review the game along with its features and performance. So, what is a necromancer? Well, necro means dead/death, and romancer means to give affectionately. So, there you have it, a slot game about someone who likes to romance dead things. Brilliant, and they’ve got a gate, apparently.
Sorcery?
Ladies and gentlemen, Jack O’Potts has informed me that a Necromancer is a wizard who dabbles in sorcery with the dead. Okay, bookworm, like that’s a real thing. Anyway, now that the intro is down to a standard befitting of Casinos.com, home of the best online casinos, we move on to the part where our guest player says a few words that are not typed by me.

Welcome, mortals, to the review for Necromancer’s Gate by Relax Gaming. I’m Jack O’Potts, master of the macabre and slot player extraordinaire in the field of horror-themed slot games. Stay with us as I play this game for real money and share with you the performance of this game that promises to be spellbinding.
The Necromancer’s Gate slot RTP is 96.10%, with a high volatility setting, also. The cost per spin ranges between $0.10 and $40. The maximum payout is an impressive 25,000x your bet. This makes the jackpot $1,000,000, which is really good value for money. The game is presented on a 5x4 layout with twenty paylines. To win, you only need to match three or more symbols on any payline.
While Relax Gaming slots tend to bring an onset of boredom upon players, to be fair to them, they do try to provide an abundance of features to help you win more. Necromancer’s Gate is no different. This slot comes with several special features and bonuses, plus a Bonus Buy option if you want to skip the base game.
This feature is activated at random when the Necromancer summons Cured Skulls onto the reels, changing the gaming design. The Skulls reveal either matching symbols or coin prizes with a full reel multiplier in the central reel that can carry up to 10x in value to boost a payout. Reveal a scatter bonus symbol and enter the Chaos Spins feature.
If you’re a fan of this slot provider, then you’ll love what Necromancer’s Gate has to offer. If, like me, you’re far too fussy about gaming dynamics and are burdened by ridiculously good looks, then you’ll hate everything about this game. Give the free slots demo a spin and see which side of the gate you’re on.
Set somewhere within the land of the dead, the Necromancer’s Gate is a concoction of evil, bizarre, and mystery. TripAdvisor gives it a 4 out of 5 rating, but I’ve been here before, and it’s a 2, at best. The Necromancer stands by the slot, awaiting my arrival.
The game defaults to a $2 per spin setting. I raise this to $2.80, to show that I mean business. The first spin yields a win of $1.20, and on the second, I have no idea what happened. The game switches to show several blank spaces, purple rock symbols, and a full reel 5x multiplier in the middle, which wins me $15. The game then switches back to its normal mode. After a positive start, the game retreats into familiar Relax Gaming territory. Over the period of fifteen spins, not one win lands.
Eventually, a $2.80 win presents itself, and I then decide to increase the value of my bet to $5 per spin. After playing ten spins, only one win of $2 lands. My mind is now made up, and Necromancer’s Gate not only lacks any enjoyment, but it is also void of any engaging action, ideas, and it's really boring. After three spins, it felt like Relax Gaming was not its same predictable self. Ah well.
