The theme is no new thing: a hen that lays golden eggs. From a design point of view, it’s a casino game that has been made a hundred times before by hundreds of developers. So, not much to get egg-cited about.
That said, the design is pretty cool. The game is presented on a staggered layout with a row formation of 3–4–5–4–3, which comes with 20 paylines. For this game, you’re on the side of the egg-stealing aliens, because the more eggs you get, the more chance you have of triggering the bonus.
The win rate is very low. You find that you steal more eggs than you win money. Within the first 20 spins, I collected 50 eggs, and I’d made about five wins, all lower than my $1 bet. The gameplay is a bit stale, with the entertainment factor highly reliant on the animation of the hens and the UFO. Yes, it’s quirky, but after 50 spins, it failed to capture any egg-citement.
