I would like to add a note here about certain slot games that can have more than one RTP. On the other hand, volatility, also known as variance, is a word that describes how often you can expect a payout. So, by determining the frequency of payouts, you’ll also be getting an indication of how risky the game is. If it pays a lot, the risk is low. It can also be medium or high.

How does this volatility risk affect your wins? Slots with low volatility pay more often, but payouts are smaller. Highly volatile slots don’t pay out that frequently, but when they do, the payouts are bigger.
