There are far better fishing slots on the market, and sadly, Thunderkick dropped a game with absolutely nothing new to it.

Ah, there’s nothing like relaxing out by an open lake with the southern sounds of a slide guitar and banjo filling the air. I tell ya, this is living, fishing fans. Now, givin’ that we’re hunting bass, we’re gonna need a firm hook, one that can hold on to a soft worm. We’ll have to play with our tackle in the shady areas of the bank so as not to spook any fish.
With my baiting done, I lure my $2 into the slot and see what we catch. Well, folks, it only went and took five spins for it to go wild. The Hunter Fish came swimming in to gobble up $20, and from the respin, it dropped the Fisherman and an extra $14 as well, to pay out $34! This was to be the only win in the first ten spins.
With the low hit rate, I changed my bait to $3 to see if my luck improves. Well, the lucky fifth spin strikes again, almost triggering the Hunter Fish but still delivering a catch of $3. The next win comes on the tenth spin, returning only $1.50. This performance isn’t great, but it’s to be expected given that this slot's RTP is only 94.14%.
Next, I take the hook and slap a big fat $5 bet on it. Let’s see what bites. Well, it’s certainly not much better, as it takes eight spins to finally land a win, one that is only $2.50. Sadly, that’s all that comes from the ten spins played at the $5 betting price. Well, the fishing slot started well, but I think once the big one was pulled in, nothing was left in the lake to win. Ah, well, win some, lose some.
