I set the bet to $2 per spin and start busting my moves. The first spin lands a $2.40 win, which is almost followed by the triggering of the bonus round. The rhythmical Samba-style beats manage to give me some reprieve from hearing the Bee Gees again. Daaah! They’re back!
On the fifth spin, I land a Split Strike symbol, which results in a $4 win. Two spins later, a $2 win drops, followed by $1.20, and then $2.40 on the tenth spin. Now, the hit frequency is, so far, pretty impressive. Let’s see what happens when I raise the wager to $3 per spin.
Three spins in, and I land a $1.20 win, which is followed by $0.60 after. Two spins later, and $3.60 is collected. This is the last win from the ten spins I play at the raised bet of $3. Whilst the game has a fairly moderate payout rate, the returns are extremely minimal, and I’m making no ground on my losses. With the feeling that something can still come of this game, I raise the stakes to $4 per spin. After three spins, which seems to be a common theme, the first win is $4. The second win is $5.60 from the eighth spin, followed by $3.20 on the ninth. With the final tenth spin played, it’s time to end this experience. Several wins, no main feature drops, somewhat compelling to play, but ultimately, not a party I’m rushing back to.
