We’re giving one lucky player the chance to win a seat at a $10,000 (yes, ten thousand dollars) poker event and live out their poker dream.

How It Works

We’re on the hunt for one bold player to represent us at one of the biggest poker events in the world in Las Vegas, next July.

To win, all you have to do is fill out the form on this page. Your story doesn’t need to involve underground games in Macau or running multi-table simulations at dawn. We’re looking for someone real and a tad lucky.

The winner will receive:

• A $10,000 buy-in to the official poker tournament.
• Flights and accommodation (up to 12 nights) in Las Vegas are covered.
• A platform to become a poker ambassador for Casinos.com.

Terms & Conditions – Official Poker Representative Competition 2026 

C1. Overview of the Prize

This competition gives one winner the opportunity to be an official poker representative for Casinos.com. 

C2. Competition Timeline

Entries open on the publication date of the competition page and close on November 30 at 11:59 p.m. (EST). The winner will be contacted on December 10 by a member of the Casinos.com team.

C3. Entry Instructions

Participants must complete and submit the entry form available on the official competition page. Only entrants aged 21 and over are eligible to enter.

C4. Selection of the Official Representative

Subject to entering a representative agreement with Casinos.com (the “Representative Agreement”), one (1) winner will be chosen based on the creativity and originality of their submission.

The winner will also receive:

• Sponsorship monies up to a maximum amount of $10,000 which shall be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreed Representative Agreement.  
• Round-trip economy airfare to Las Vegas.
• Up to 12 nights of standard accommodation in Las Vegas.
• A one-year subscription to Upswing Poker, beginning in December 2025 (Max value $699).

If the winner is unable or unwilling to attend, the prize may be forfeited.

C5. Prize Fulfillment

All travel and accommodation arrangements will be made by or on behalf of the Promoter. The winner must provide necessary travel documentation and respond to communications in a timely manner.

Travel insurance is not included and is the winner’s responsibility.

C6. Additional Conditions

The winner is expected to represent Casinos.com in a responsible and professional manner during their time at the event.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to:

• Participate in marketing and publicity activities related to their experience as an official poker representative for Casinos.com.
• Provide biweekly updates on their poker progress, to be used on Casinos.com and associated social media channels.
• Share relevant updates and promotional content to their own personal social media platforms.

G1. Promoter Information

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) are to be read together with our Privacy and Cookies Policy and our website Terms and Conditions and all other rules or polices that are made available on Casinos.com and on our various websites and platforms will govern our relationship and the operation of the Competition. 

Please read the Terms carefully prior to participating in the Competition. By participating in the Competition, you (“you” and “User”) thereby agree to the Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, you may not participate in the Competition.

We reserve the sole and absolute right, at our discretion, to change, modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the Competition at any time and without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, changes to the rules, eligibility criteria, duration, or other features or functionalities.

Such modifications may be implemented for any reason, including operational, technical, legal, or commercial considerations, and may take effect immediately upon publication or communication through our chosen channels. Users acknowledge and accept that their continued participation in the Competition constitutes their acceptance of any such changes.

G2. Entry Conditions

No purchase is necessary to enter. All entries must be submitted online via Casinos.com. By entering, you agree to these terms and conditions. Unless otherwise specified, only one entry per person is permitted. Entries made using automation, scripts, or by third parties will be disqualified.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify anyone found violating the spirit of fair competition.

G3. Eligibility Criteria

Competition is open exclusively to legal residents of the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland and New Zealand who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected to the competition are not eligible to participate.

To qualify for prizes and updates, Users must:

• Be eligible to travel to the United States in 2026.
• Hold a valid, verified and active Casinos.com account.
• Have opted in to receive marketing communications from Casinos.com.

Prize notifications, delivery instructions, and updates will be communicated via designated marketing communication channels.

Participation and prize eligibility are subject to local and regulatory requirements in the User’s jurisdiction. It is the User’s responsibility to ensure compliance with such laws. Casinos.com accepts no liability for restrictions imposed by local legislation.

Participation is not permitted in jurisdictions where it is restricted, prohibited, or otherwise unlawful. The determination of this shall be at our sole discretion.

In certain territories, it may not be legally permissible to distribute or redeem prize.

Verification of age and identity is managed through your Casinos.com account. We may request or require documentation or verification steps to confirm your legal eligibility.

Entrants must be eligible to travel to the United States in 2026.

G4. Entry Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received. No guarantees or assurances of winning are provided.

G5. Prize Policy

Unless otherwise stated, prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value. Cash portions of the prize, if applicable, will be paid via bank transfer.

All prizes will be processed and handled via email using the details from the User’s registered Casinos.com account. It is the User's responsibility to ensure their account details are accurate and up to date at the time of prize issuance.

Prize winner must provide valid proof of age and identity in order to claim their prize. 

Verification must be completed through the Casinos.com communications team, using the contact details voluntarily provided by the User during the opt-in registration process. Failure to provide adequate verification may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prize entitlement. 

G6. Winner Selection and Contact

The winner will be selected based on the originality and creativity of their entry as judged by the Promoter. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners will be contacted using the information provided at entry. A response is required within the timeframe specified to claim the prize.

G7. Eligibility Verification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify age, identity, residency, and other eligibility criteria before awarding the prize. If a User is unable or unwilling to verify, or is found to have misrepresented their eligibility, access to the competition, and outcome will be considered void.

G8. Grounds for Disqualification

The Promoter maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any form of fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct related to participation in this Competition. The following actions are expressly prohibited and will result in disqualification, forfeiture of prize, and potential suspension or termination of the User’s account:

• Creating, maintaining, or using multiple Casinos.com accounts.
• Submitting false or misleading personal information during registration or verification, including but not limited to age, identity, and geographic location.
• Engaging in any form of manipulation or misconduct reasonably deemed suspicious.

Casinos.com reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations, and to withhold, suspend, or revoke any prizes, progress, or account access where misconduct is reasonably suspected.

G9. Use of Personal Data and Publicity

Personal data collected during the competition will be used to administer the competition and may be used for marketing purposes if the User has opted in to receiving such communications.

Winners may be asked to participate in publicity related to the competition. By opting in and accepting the prize, Users consent to the use of their name, image, and story in promotional materials.

G10. Data Protection & Privacy

Your data is only used for competition operation and prize fulfillment, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We will only send marketing communications if you have explicitly opted in to receive them. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Please note: If you do not provide consent to be contacted, we will be unable to notify or deliver prizes, and any such prizes will be considered void in accordance with these Terms.

G11. Submission Ownership

Upon submission, all entry materials, excluding social media accounts, and submissions become the property of the Promoter and may be used in future promotions or marketing.

G12. General Legal Terms

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage incurred as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.

The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion and at any time, to take the following actions:

• to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if necessary.
• modify or update the Competition rules from time to time in order to improve the User experience, ensure fairness, or address operational and technical requirements;
• Disqualify any User found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions or who is reasonably suspected of engaging in suspicious or fraudulent conduct.

G13. Taxes

The Winner is solely responsible for all taxes on the prize. Casinos.com does not provide tax advice.

We shall not be liable for providing tax advice or for the assessment, collection, reporting, or remittance of any such taxes on behalf of the User. The determination and discharge of any tax liability shall rest entirely with the winner, except where the applicable laws of the relevant jurisdiction expressly require us to withhold or remit such taxes.

G 14. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the User is ordinarily resident. 

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
