Mafia Casino throws a lot of offers at you. I mean a lot. For the welcome package, you get 100% deposit match up to €500 plus 200 free spins released in batches of 20 FS across ten days. Well, that's not exactly what caught my attention. I've seen bigger and better signup promos to be honest.
Now, the weekly reloads and cashback promos are where it all makes sense. For starters, every weekend you can claim a reload bonus worth up to €700 with another 50 spins. As if that's not enough, there's a generous cashback bonus offer for live dealer players at 25% up to €200.
The wagering sits between 35x and 40x, depending on which bonus you grab. I'd prefer 35x across the board, but 40x on spins is fairly standard these days. The ten-day expiry on bonuses is tighter than I'd like.
Finally, you get a Bonus Shop where you spend coins on rewards, massive tournaments from Pragmatic Play and others and even that weird Bonus Crab feature. The offers keep coming from different angles, which stops the promotions page from going stale.

Mafia Casino has more than 12,000 games, and counting. Let that sink in. I spent several days just scrolling through categories, and every time I found new titles I hadn't spotted before. The lobby splits things up well: Top, New, Popular, Live Casino, Jackpots, Megaways, Bonus Buy, etc. You can filter by provider, too, which I found really handy.
Live casino sits at around 600 tables. Evolution runs most of it, which means Crazy Time, Monopoly Big Baller, and Adventures Beyond Wonderland, to name just a few top picks. But there are also games by Playtech Live, OnAir, Bombay Live, Pragmatic Play Live, and many others.
Finally, jackpot hunters have plenty to chase here. Playtech's Age of the Gods network, Red Tiger's Daily Jackpots, and standalone progressives from Yggdrasil. The Hot Jackpots section shows live counters under each game, which adds a bit of drama.
Banking at Mafia Casino gave me mixed feelings. Depositing was a dream. I used MiFinity and my €20 landed within seconds. The range of payment methods is excellent. You've got all the typical cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, and a proper crypto line-up that includes Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin, Ripple, and a bunch of stablecoins. Minimum deposits sit at €10 for most methods.
Withdrawing my winnings took a little longer than I'd have liked. I requested €200 on a Tuesday afternoon, and it agonisingly sat in pending for about 30 hours while they did verification checks. Then another 12 hours before it hit my e-wallet. So, call it two days total. Not terrible, but the site says up to three banking days, and they use every hour of that. Weekend withdrawals don't process at all. If you request after 7pm on Friday, you're waiting until Monday at least.
Your VIP tier determines your withdrawal limits here. At Level 1, you're capped at €500 daily and €7,000 monthly. That's fine for most players. But hit a decent win and those caps start looking tight. Level 5 pushes it to €1,500 daily and €20,000 monthly, so there's an incentive to climb.
Mafia Casino goes for the typical dark theme with red and gold accents that most casinos seem to use these days. I liked that the left sidebar stays visible, so I could jump between Online Casino, Live Casino, and Sports without backtracking. The search bar in the header actually works well, too. Typed "Book of" and got every Dead and Cats variant instantly.
That said, the homepage is too packed for my liking. Banners, game rows, category tabs, promotions, etc. It's too much, and I found myself scrolling past stuff to get to what I wanted. The category filter bar helps, but it's horizontal scrolling, which I'm not a huge fan of. Give me vertical lists any day.
Mobile surprised me. No app, but the browser site runs smoothly. I tested on an older iPhone and an Android tablet. Every game I played loaded fine, and menus snapped open without any crashing or lag.
✔️ Left sidebar navigation stays put - so no hunting for menus
✔️ Game tiles show jackpot amounts live. Small touch that makes things more fun
❌ Dark theme looks slick, but can feel busy with all the banners
❌ No mobile app (but the PWA version works alright).
Mafia Casino doesn't clearly state its license on its website, and if you're like me, this should be a reason to pause. I dug through footers, terms pages, help centre, name it and couldn't find any info on this. They mention being operated by a respected gaming company, but which one? Licensed where? I eventually found external references suggesting Anjouan, but even this regulatory body isn't exactly the gold standard.
Good news, though, is that the site uses SSL encryption. I checked, and there's a tune icon in the address bar, HTTPS prefix, all that. This means your data is safe in transit. Besides, the platform partners with top studios such as Evolution, NetEnt, Playtech, which get their games tested independently.
Responsible gambling tools are a tab basic. You can self-exclude by contacting support. That works within 24 hours, they say. But deposit limits? Loss limits? Session reminders? None of that exists. For a casino that launched in 2025, that feels behind the times. I'd expect more.
✔️ Game providers are all reputable - so individual games should be fair
✔️ SSL encryption is present and clearly working
❌ No licensing info on the site - which I consider a red flag
❌ No third-party audit seals are visible on the website
❌ Responsible gambling tools are minimal - you only get offered self-exclusion.
I tested live chat twice. The first time, the queue said 12 people ahead. Took about four minutes to connect. The agent was polite, answered my question about game weighting, and didn't try to upsell me anything. Second time, zero queue. Connected in 30 seconds.
The email took longer. My first query got a reply in one hour exactly. Impressive. The second query, about withdrawal limits, took nearly ten hours. Still within their stated timeframe, but the gap shows they're not monitoring it constantly.
The Help Centre surprised me. Usually, these are full of generic fluff. Here, they've got specific answers about KYC documents, bonus terms explained in plain language, and even details on the Bonus Crab mechanics. I found answers to three questions without contacting anyone. That's the mark of decent self-help.
You can deposit from €10 using most payment methods. The welcome bonus requires €20 to qualify. Crypto minimums vary slightly, with Bitcoin starting at €30 and most others at €10. Always check the cashier for your chosen method's specific limit.
Withdrawals sit in processing for up to three working days. After that, e-wallets usually arrive within 24 hours. Cards take three to five days. Bank transfers can stretch longer. Weekend requests don't process until Monday, so factor that in.
The site uses SSL encryption, so your connection is protected. Game providers like Evolution and NetEnt are reputable and tested. However, the casino doesn't publish its license or any third-party audit results. That lack of transparency is worth noting.
The casino operates under what appears to be an Anjouan license, though it's not clearly stated on the site. It also partners with major software providers and processes withdrawals, which I tested myself. But the vague licensing means you're trusting their reputation over regulatory oversight.
You can withdraw €10 for most methods. Crypto minimums are higher: €30 for Tether and Ripple, €40 for Ethereum, €60 for Bitcoin. Maximums depend on your VIP level, starting at €500 daily and €7,000 monthly for new players.
Live chat is available 24/7 inside the Help Centre. You can also email [email protected] for longer queries. There's no phone line. The FAQ section in the footer answers most common questions faster than waiting for a human anyway.
