Having devoured many of the 4,000 guests of the MGM Grand, the colossal Marc Bolan sleeps, finally allowing me time to play Eternal Diamonds.
Now, with the cost of play set to $2 per spin, let’s see if all the contributing elements of this game are just right. Well, it takes eight spins to come up with the first win, which is a meager $0.40. This is all that comes from the first ten spins in an experience one might call rather disappointing. Sadly, the rhymical jazz score does little to lift the mood of this game.
I go into the next run of ten spins with my bets now set to $3 per spin. An immediate success, as a $1.35 win lands. The seventh spin proves to be the best so far, as a win of $6.15 lands, followed by $3.45. The hit frequency is certainly picking up, but the game is hitting a bum note.
With a total of twenty spins played and with little to show for the effort, I raise the stakes one last time and put my bets at $4 per spin. The second spin maintains the game’s consistency for paying out below the betting price, as $0.40 is returned. The sixth spin makes up for the lack of everything as a larger $12 win drops, which is the last of the action.
Sadly, this game captures nothing of what Vegas is like. Frankly, I’m happy to jump back onto Marc Bolan and tear this place apart. Sure, the game looks dazzling, but Pragmatic Play manages to make this game feel more like Loss Vegas.
