This game is a follow-up to the release of Black Sails: Wild Seas, a mighty fine pirate slot. I hope that this game can offer the same levels of dramatic entertainment and put a final wind in my sails before I’m a five-course meal for these man-eating crabs.
The game casts you out onto the open seas, with a storm brewing overhead. The slot dazzles with opportunities that are vaster than the diseases I likely have. I set my bet to $2 spins and begin plundering the game for its wealth.
The game comes with voiceovers to enhance its immersive qualities, and in the first ten spins, a moderate hit rate returns five wins, all of which are less than the value of my $2 bet. During these spins, several tokens had been collected both by the Bonus features above the reels and the Wild feature below the reels.
The largest win so far comes on spin eleven, returning a bounty of $7 to help me break even. Two spins later, a $4 win was added to my balance. Then a win of $7.20. So far, I've been on a roll, and the game picks up, with more wins coming with consecutive spins and with more tokens. At this point, I upped the stakes to $5 to see if I could bag more loot.
