Slots Hall of Fame – Award Categories Public Vote

(the "Promotion")

This Promotion covers public voting across a number of separate award categories run in association with the Slots Hall of Fame (each an "Award Category"). The Award Categories, and the results of the associated public votes, are entirely separate from, and have no bearing on, the selection of the Slots Hall of Fame inductee, which is determined solely through the Slot Tester competition governed by its own terms and conditions. Casting a vote in any Award Category does not influence, and is not a factor in, the induction decision.

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Promotion is open only to residents of the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada (excluding Quebec), and the United States (excluding the states of Florida and New York), who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry.

1.2 Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and contractors of the Promoter, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible to participate.

1.3 The Promotion is void in any jurisdiction where participation or the awarding of prizes is restricted, prohibited, or otherwise unlawful. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if required by applicable laws or regulatory authorities.

2. Voting Period

2.1 Voting opens at 00:00:01 on 1 September 2026 and closes at 23:59:59 on 30 September 2026 ("Voting Period"). Votes received after the closing date will not be counted.

2.2 Award Category winners will be announced, and the ten (10) prize draw winners selected and contacted, by 15 October 2026.

3. Award Categories and Method of Entry

3.1 The following Award Categories are open for public voting during the Voting Period: Best Slot of the Year, Marmite Award, Best Jackpot Slots, Best New Slot, Best Studio of the Year, Blandest Studio of the Year, The Sweetest Slot of the Year, Slots Hall of Shame, Worst Sound and Music, Best Slot Character, and Best New Land Based Slot.

3.2 To enter, eligible entrants must cast a vote in one or more Award Categories via the designated voting feature(s) on Casinos.com, during the Voting Period, and provide their name and email address for the purposes of the prize draw.

3.3 Entrants may vote in as many of the Award Categories as they wish. Each distinct Award Category voted in will count as one (1) entry into the prize draw, so an entrant voting across multiple Award Categories will receive multiple entries, one for each distinct Award Category voted in.

3.4 Casting more than one vote within the same Award Category will not result in additional entries for that Award Category. Only one (1) vote per Award Category, per entrant, will be counted toward both the Award Category result and the prize draw.

3.5 No purchase is necessary.

4. Determination of Award Category Winners

4.1 The nominee receiving the highest number of valid votes in each Award Category during the Voting Period will be declared the winner of that Award Category.

4.2 In the event of a tie in any Award Category, the Promoter will determine the winner of that category at its sole discretion.

4.3 Award Category winners are recognised for promotional purposes only and are not entitled to any monetary prize by virtue of winning an Award Category, unless separately and expressly stated by the Promoter.

5. Prize Draw – Selection and Notification

5.1 Ten (10) winners (each a "Winner") will be selected at random from all valid entries received across all Award Categories during the Voting Period, in accordance with Section 3.

5.2 Winners will be contacted via the email address provided when casting their vote(s). A Winner may be asked to provide proof of age and residency.

5.3 Each Winner will have seven (7) days from notification to accept their prize, failing which the prize will be forfeited. The Promoter will make multiple, reasonable attempts to contact each Winner via email. Failure to accept within the required time frame, or failure to provide proof of eligibility, will result in forfeiture of the prize. In such cases, an alternate winner may be selected at the Promoter's discretion.

6. Prize

6.1 Each Winner will receive one (1) Amazon gift voucher to the value of $100 USD, £100 GBP, or €100 EUR (as applicable to the Winner's country of residence), delivered electronically to the email address provided at entry (each a "Prize"). Ten (10) Prizes are available in total, one per Winner.

6.2 There is no cash alternative. Each Prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as offered, and may not be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or any other consideration.

6.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a Prize, or any element of it, for an alternative of equal or greater value as it deems appropriate, at its sole discretion.

6.4 Prizes may be taxable depending on the applicable laws in the Winner's country of residence. It is the Winner's own responsibility to report the prize to the relevant tax authorities if required to do so.

6.5 Amazon gift vouchers are subject to Amazon's own terms of use. The Promoter is not responsible for the acts or omissions of Amazon in respect of the issuance or redemption of the voucher.

7. Publicity

7.1 By accepting a Prize, each Winner agrees to reasonable use of their name and, where provided, a photo or short comment, for marketing, public relations, and advertising purposes relating to the Casinos.com website, social media channels, and associated platforms.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

8.1 The Promoter will collect and process personal data of entrants (such as name and email address) strictly for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting Winners, awarding Prizes, and fulfilling related legal and regulatory obligations.

8.2 Where entrants choose to subscribe to the Casinos.com newsletter, their personal data will also be processed on the basis of the consent provided by them for marketing purposes. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email. Subscription is optional and is not a condition of entry.

8.3 All personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and any other applicable data protection legislation, and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Entrants may exercise their statutory data protection rights (including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability, where applicable) by contacting the Promoter.

9. General Conditions

9.1 The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who tampers with or abuses the voting process, or who otherwise violates these Terms, including any entrant found to be using automated means or multiple accounts to cast votes.

9.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure, regulatory restrictions, or technical failures. The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

9.3 The Promoter's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant or Winner as a result of participating in the Promotion or accepting a Prize, except where caused by negligence, fraud, or wilful misconduct.

10.2 If an act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms.
