Casinos.com (the "Promoter")
Slots Hall of Fame – Slot Tester Competition
(the "Competition")
1.1 The Competition is open only to residents of the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada (excluding Quebec), and the United States (excluding the states of Florida and New York), who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry.
1.2 Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and contractors of the Promoter, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible to participate.
1.3 The Competition is void in any jurisdiction where participation or the awarding of the opportunity is restricted, prohibited, or otherwise unlawful. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Competition if required by applicable laws or regulatory authorities.
2.1 Applications close at 23:59:59 on 30 September 2026 ("Application Period"). Applications received after the closing date will not be accepted.
2.2 The selected Slot Tester will be chosen and contacted by 15 October 2026.
3.1 To apply, eligible applicants must submit a written review of at least one of the six (6) games nominated for the Slots Hall of Fame (each a "Nominated Game"), via the designated application form on Casinos.com, during the Application Period. Each review must be a minimum of 100 words to be considered a valid entry. Reviews that do not meet the minimum word count will not be counted as an entry.
3.2 Applicants may submit a review for more than one Nominated Game, and will receive one (1) entry per distinct Nominated Game reviewed, up to a maximum of six (6) entries per person (one for each of the six Nominated Games).
3.3 Submitting multiple reviews of the same Nominated Game will not result in additional entries for that game. Only one entry per person, per Nominated Game, will be counted.
3.4 No purchase is necessary at any point in order to apply or to be selected.
3.5 Subscription to the Casinos.com newsletter is optional and is not a condition of entry. Applicants who choose to subscribe may unsubscribe from the Casinos.com mailing list at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email, and doing so will not affect their eligibility in the Competition.
3.6 By applying, applicants consent to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of administering the Competition, in accordance with Section 7 below.
4.1 The Slot Tester will be chosen by the Casinos.com team, at its sole discretion, from all eligible applicants who submit a valid entry meeting the minimum word count requirement set out in Section 3.1. Selection will not be made at random, and the Promoter is under no obligation to disclose the criteria applied or the reasons for its selection.
4.2 The selected individual will have seven (7) days from notification to confirm acceptance of the role. If no response is received within that time, the opportunity will be forfeited, and an alternate applicant may be selected at the Promoter's discretion.
4.3 The Promoter will make multiple, reasonable attempts to contact the selected individual via email. The selected individual may be asked to provide proof of age and residency before the role is confirmed.
5.1 The selected Slot Tester will receive a payment of $/£/€5,000 USD (applicable to the Slot Tester's currency of residence) for completing the application and submitting a review of a Nominated Game (the "Engagement"). This is a paid engagement, and no alternative payment arrangements or cash equivalents will be offered.
5.2 The payment may be taxable depending on the applicable laws in the Slot Tester's country of residence. It is the Slot Tester's own responsibility to report the payment to the relevant tax authorities if required to do so. Where an obligation falls on the Promoter, it will be discharged before the relevant tax authorities in accordance with applicable laws.
5.3 There is no cash alternative to the stated payment amount, and the Engagement may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged for any other consideration.
6.1 By accepting the Slot Tester role, the selected individual agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities as requested by the Promoter, including but not limited to the submission of photos, videos, and interviews, for marketing, public relations, and promotional purposes relating to the Casinos.com website, social media channels, and associated platforms.
7.1 The Promoter will collect and process personal data of applicants (such as name, email address, and country of residence) strictly for the purposes of administering the Competition, verifying eligibility, contacting the selected Slot Tester, and fulfilling related legal and regulatory obligations.
7.2 Where applicants choose to subscribe to the Casinos.com newsletter, their personal data will also be processed on the basis of the consent provided by them for marketing purposes. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email.
7.3 All personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and any other applicable data protection legislation, and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Applicants may exercise their statutory data protection rights (including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability, where applicable) by contacting the Promoter.
8.1 The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any applicant who tampers with or abuses the application process, or who otherwise violates these Terms.
8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Competition in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure, regulatory restrictions, or technical failures. The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
8.3 The Promoter's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Competition, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any applicant or selected individual as a result of applying to or participating in the Competition, except where caused by negligence, fraud, or wilful misconduct.
9.2 If an act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms
