These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) are to be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. Along with all other rules or policies that are made available on our various websites and platforms, these will govern our relationship and your use of our Casinos.com Royale Rewards Loyalty Programme (the “Loyalty Programme”).
Please read the Terms carefully prior to participating in the Loyalty Programme. By participating in the Programme, you (“you” and “User”) thereby agree to the Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, you may not participate in the Loyalty Programme.
At our sole and absolute discretion we may, from time to time and at any time, change, modify, or terminate some or all aspects of the Loyalty Programme. This includes, without limitation, the Terms and any ”Rewards” (as defined below), with or without notice to you. Such changes may or may not affect previously earned Rewards.
1. Introduction
1.1. The Loyalty Programme provides eligible participants who register for the Loyalty Programme through casinos.com or its affiliated subdomain(s) (the “Website”) with the opportunity to earn points (the “Diamonds”) by participating in various activities, some of which are described in paragraph 3 of the Terms. You can redeem your Diamonds from time to time in return for various Rewards.
1.2. The Programme is operated by GDC Media Limited outside of the United States, and by GDC America within the United States only, which are both subsidiaries of Gambling.com Group Limited (Nasdaq: GAMB) (“GAMB”)] ("we," "us," or "our").
1.3. Some or all parts of the Loyalty Programme may not be legal in certain countries, as well as certain US states. Consequently, the Programme is void wherever prohibited by law.
1.4. Programme participation, Rewards and benefits are not transferable and are limited to one person. Any User of the Programme is strictly prohibited from sharing or distributing Diamonds to other persons for any purpose.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Loyalty Programme is open only to Users who: (i) are natural persons (corporations, associations, or other groups and entities may not participate in the Loyalty Programme); (ii) are of the requisite legal age or older as may be stipulated by the relevant jurisdiction legislation; (iii) register for the Loyalty Programme through the Website; and (iv) have not previously been disqualified by us, in our sole and absolute discretion, from participating in the Programme. Excluded persons may not participate in the Loyalty Programme. Excluded individuals from the Programme include the Company’s employees, their immediate family members, and household members.
2.2. Registration for the Loyalty Programme is free of charge and no purchase is necessary to participate.
2.3. Users must create an account on our site to participate in the Loyalty Programme. To participate in the Loyalty Programme, go to https://www.casinos.com/loyalty-programme and submit the information requested on the registration page, then confirm your agreement to these Terms. Once you complete and submit all the registration information, a Loyalty Programme account (“Account”) will be created for you. All registration information must be completed in full. Memberships can be used only by the User whose name is listed on the Account. You should not give your password or access to your Account to any other person. You are responsible for all activity in your Account and any use of your password.
You are allowed only one Account; you cannot have multiple Accounts. If you attempt to obtain more than one Account, all Diamonds in your Account (and any other Accounts you may have) may be forfeited. We may also, at our sole discretion, terminate your membership and permanently ban you from participating in the Loyalty Programme.
Members may not assign or transfer Diamonds to other Accounts. Diamonds in an Account may be used only by the User who holds that Account.
3. Earning Diamonds
3.1. You have many ways to earn Diamonds in the Loyalty Programme, which can then be redeemed for Rewards. The list below (which is subject to change at our sole and absolute discretion) includes some of the ways you can earn Diamonds:
3.2. We reserve the right to change the number of Diamonds awarded for any activity at any time without notice. We reserve the right at any time, and at our sole and absolute discretion, to determine and modify the value of Diamonds. This includes the number of Diamonds or the type of Reward that may be earned for any given activity.
3.3. Diamonds will be credited to the User's Account within a maximum of 1 day of completing the activity as delineated above.
3.4. Diamonds have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
4. Diamond Tiers
4.1. Users progress through Diamond Tiers by earning Diamonds:
4.2. Tier progression is automatic once the required number of Diamonds is earned.
4.3. We reserve the right to modify tier requirements, benefits, eligibility for membership, or any other feature of a particular Diamond tier. We may also terminate a particular tier at our sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice except as expressly set out in these Terms or required by applicable law. All Diamonds accrurals are subject to review and verification by us.
4.4. The User goes back to the Basic Diamond Level tier after a period of 3 months inactivity.
5. Redeeming Diamonds
5.1. Diamonds can be redeemed for Rewards, including but not limited to the following (the “Rewards”):
We may, from time to time and at our sole discretion, provide additional ways for you to redeem the Diamonds you have earned.
5.2. The number of Diamonds required for each Reward is subject to change at any time and at our sole discretion.
5.3. All Rewards are subject to availability at the time of redemption and may be substituted with items of equal or greater value at our discretion.
5.4. Once Diamonds are redeemed, they cannot be refunded or reinstated.
6. Expiration of Diamonds
6.1. If the User does not obtain any Diamonds within a 12-month period, the entire Diamonds balance of the Account will expire.
6.2. We reserve the right to change the expiration policy at any time.
7. Third-party providers
7.1. Third party service providers that we partner with are solely responsible for the quality and performance of any products or services they provide to you pursuant to your participation in the Loyalty Programme. This applies, without limitation, to certain Rewards. We are not responsible for any aspects of the products and services provided by these third-party providers.

7.3. Any product you receive through redeeming Diamonds cannot be exchanged or returned for another product or a monetary refund.
7.4. The merchants and third-party providers that we partner with pursuant to the Loyalty Programme are not affiliated with us and are not sponsors or co-sponsors of the Loyalty Programme. All participating merchant and third-party service provider names, logos, and marks are used with permission and are the property of their respective owners. Participating merchants and third-party providers terms and conditions are subject to change as delineated on their websites.
7.5. We shall not be liable for any loss (including loss of income), injury, death, and/or damages of any nature whatsoever and howsoever arising (including negligence) which may occur as the result of the use of any products, goods or services offered and provided by the third-party providers.
8. Shipping
8.1. Users are responsible for any shipping, handling, or taxes associated with redeemed Rewards unless offered by the Loyalty Programme otherwise.
8.2. We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party shipping providers.
8.3. We may provide you free delivery of the product (the “Package”). It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information and facilitate a smooth acceptance process for the Package. Otherwise, if an additional attempt for delivery may be required, any extra shipping charges and costs for such a delivery should be borne by you.
8.4. Free shipping offers (if applicable) are subject to change and may be revoked at any time and at our sole discretion.
8.5. In the event of any changes to the trade policies of the United States or any other jurisdiction or area worldwide (including but not limited to the imposition of tariffs or other import/export restrictions that significantly impact shipping costs to the United States or any other jurisdiction or area worldwide), we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any benefits associated with the Loyalty Programme which involve free or discounted shipping to Users who are residents of the United States or of any other relevant jurisdiction or area worldwide. These adjustments may include the introduction of surcharges, modified shipping eligibility, or the exclusion of certain products from Loyalty Programme benefits. We will make reasonable efforts to notify Users of such changes in advance, but such modifications may take effect immediately if required by external cost increases or regulatory changes.
9. Programme Modifications
9.1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Programme at any time and at our sole discretion without prior notice.
9.2. Changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our site.
9.3. Continued participation in the Loyalty Programme constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Violation of the Terms
10.1. Violation of the Terms of the Loyalty Programme including fraud, misrepresentation, misuse of Diamonds to manipulate accumulation of Rewards, or misuse of Diamonds balances by a User (including but not limited to: reward points, Diamond Tier levels, and/or comps), or other improper conduct as determined by us at our sole discretion, may subject the participant to suspension or termination of Loyalty Programme participation. Other consequences at our sole discretion include demotion of the Account status, forfeiture of all benefits (including but not limited to: accumulated Diamond Tier credits, tier benefits, Diamond points, and offers) and/or appropriate administrative and/or legal action by us or applicable governmental authorities.
11. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
11.1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL IMPLIED OR EXPRESS WARRANTIES REGARDING ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES REDEEMED WITH DIAMOND REWARDS OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED VIA THE PROGRAMME, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PROGRAMME AND REWARDS WILL BE PROBLEM-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
SUBJECT TO THE FOREGOING AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES REDEEMED WITH REWARDS OR OBTAINED VIA THE PROGRAMME, OR THE USE THEREOF, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
CERTAIN APPLICABLE LAW MAY NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. THUS, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OFFERED BY THE THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS THAT MAY PARTICIPATE IN REWARDS PROVIDED TO THE USERS.
11.2. You agree to indemnify and hold us, our third-party providers, and all respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, cost, or expense of any kind (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Loyalty Programme, any fraud or misuse of the Loyalty Programme, violation of these Terms and/or violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
12. Force majeure
12.1. In no event shall we be liable to any User for delay in or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control. This includes, without limitation, any act of God; act of war; natural disaster; weather; terrorism; epidemic; governmental order, directive, regulation, law, or requirement; perils of the sea; grounding; viral or communicable disease outbreak; national, regional, or other public emergency; strikes; or any act or omission of a third party. This section will survive termination of your participation in the Loyalty Programme.
13. Disclaimer
13.1. The Loyalty Programme and/or any of its features may be unavailable, inaccurate or interrupted from time to time for a variety of reasons. We are not responsible for any unavailability, interruptions or errors of the Loyalty Programme or its features. The Loyalty Programme and all the information accessible through it are provided for information purposes only on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied, including but not limited to: accuracy, currency, or completeness, the operation of the Loyalty Programme itself, the information, materials, content, availability, and products.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1. Any disputes related to the Loyalty Programme will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
14.2. Users waive their right to participate in class-action lawsuits against us.
15. Governing Law
15.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
16. General
16.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
