Casinos.com (the “Promoter”)
International Casinos Day $10,000 Luxury Las Vegas Trip Competition
(the “Promotion”)
1.1 The Promotion is open only to residents of the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada (excluding Quebec), and the United States (excluding the states of Florida and New York), who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry.
1.2 Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and contractors of the Promoter, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible to participate.
1.3 The Promotion is void in any jurisdiction where participation or the awarding of prizes is restricted, prohibited, or otherwise unlawful. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if required by applicable laws or regulatory authorities.
1.4 Residents of the province of Quebec are excluded from this Promotion as it has not been submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec for registration.
2.1 The Promotion begins on 1 April 2026 and closes at 23:59:59 (UTC) on 15 May 2026 (“Promotional Period”). Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
2.2 The selected winner will be chosen and contacted by no later than 30 May 2026 by 23:59:59 (UTC).
3.1 To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period, satisfy at least one of the following entry methods:
(a) Vote and Sign Up: Cast a vote on any Casinos.com voting feature and be a registered member of the Casinos.com Loyalty Program.
(b) Email Entry: Submit your name, country of residence, and contact email address via the designated entry form on Casinos.com or by emailing [email protected] before the closing date.
(c) Active Loyalty Program Member: Be an active Casinos.com Loyalty Program member throughout the Promotional Period. For the purposes of this Promotion, “active” means having performed at least one qualifying action during the Promotional Period, including: logging into a Casinos.com account, casting a vote, submitting a review, earning loyalty points, or interacting with any site content in a manner that is recorded by the platform.
3.2 Entry conditions:
Maximum of one (1) entry per person, regardless of the number of entry methods used.
Multiple email submissions, accounts created, or votes submitted will not result in additional entries.
3.3 No purchase is necessary.
4.1 One (1) Casinos.com member, email entrant, voter, or active Loyalty Program member (the “Winner”) will be selected at random from all valid, eligible entries within fifteen (15) working days after the closing date.
4.2 Canadian entrants must correctly answer a skill-testing question to claim the prize, as required by law.
4.3 The Winner will be contacted via the email address linked to their Casinos.com account or provided at entry. Winners may be asked to provide proof of age and residency. The Winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification.
4.4 The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner via email. Failure to respond within the required time frame, failure to provide proof of eligibility, and (for Canadian entrants) failure to correctly answer a skill-testing question will result in disqualification. In such cases, an alternate winner may be selected at the Promoter’s discretion.
4.5 The name of the Winner will be made available upon reasonable request to the Promoter within ninety (90) days of the closing date, where required by applicable law.
5.1 The Winner will receive a luxury trip to Las Vegas, Nevada, with a total value of $10,000 USD (ten thousand US dollars) (the “Prize”). The Prize includes return flights, hotel accommodation, and selected on-site amenities, as determined by the Promoter. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the Prize is $10,000 USD.
5.2 The Prize will be organised and delivered by the Promoter’s travel agent partner. All travel arrangements, including airline, routing, hotel selection, and dates of travel, will be at the reasonable discretion of the Promoter and its travel agent partner, subject to availability.
5.3 The Prize is subject to the Winner holding a valid passport and obtaining any visa, travel authorisation (including ESTA or eTA where applicable), or other documentation required to enter the United States. It is the Winner’s sole responsibility to ensure they meet all entry requirements for travel to the United States, including any immigration, customs, health, or vaccination requirements in force at the time of travel. The Promoter shall not be liable for any costs, losses, or inability to travel arising from the Winner’s failure to obtain the necessary travel documentation or to meet any applicable entry requirements.
5.4 There is no cash alternative. The Prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as offered. The Prize may not be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or any other consideration.
5.5 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative of equal or greater value as it deems appropriate, at its sole discretion.
5.6 The Prize may be taxable depending on the applicable laws in your country of residence. It is your own responsibility to report the winning amount or cash equivalent to the tax authorities in your own country if you are required to do so. If there is an obligation on the part of the Promoter, it will be taken care of before the relevant tax authorities in accordance with applicable laws.
6.1 By accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity and promotional activities, including but not limited to use of name, username, likeness, photographs, video, and review content, for marketing, public relations, and advertising purposes of the Casinos.com website, social media channels, and associated platforms.
7.1 The Promoter will collect and process personal data of entrants (such as name, email address, country of residence, and submitted review content) strictly for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting winners, awarding the Prize, and fulfilling related legal and regulatory obligations.
7.2 Where entrants choose to subscribe to the Casinos.com newsletter, their personal data will also be processed on the basis of the consent provided by them for marketing purposes. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in any email.
7.3 All personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. All personal data collected, processed, and stored in connection with this competition shall be handled strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and any other applicable data protection legislation. Entrants may exercise their statutory data protection rights (including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability, where applicable) by contacting the Promoter.
8.1 The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant who tampers with or abuses the entry process, or who otherwise violates these Terms.
8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure, regulatory restrictions, or technical failures. The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel or amend a competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
8.3 The Promoter’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant or Winner as a result of participating in the Promotion or accepting the Prize, except where caused by negligence, fraud, or wilful misconduct.
9.2 Without limiting Section 9.1, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, cost, or expense arising from the Winner’s inability to travel, including but not limited to visa refusal, denied boarding, travel disruption, illness, or any other circumstance personal to the Winner.
9.3 If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation under these Terms.
