International Slots Cup – iPad and iPad Pro Prize Draw

(the "Promotion")

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Promotion is open only to residents of the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada (excluding Quebec), and the United States (excluding the states of Florida and New York), who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry.

1.2 Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and contractors of the Promoter, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible to participate.

1.3 The Promotion is void in any jurisdiction where participation or the awarding of prizes is restricted, prohibited, or otherwise unlawful. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if required by applicable laws or regulatory authorities.

1.4 Residents of the province of Quebec are excluded from this Promotion as it has not been submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec for registration.

2. Promotional Period

2.1 The Promotion begins on June 11th and closes at 23:59:59 (UTC) on July 19th (the "Tournament Period"). Votes and reviews must be cast or submitted during the Tournament Period to qualify. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

2.2 The selected winners will be chosen and contacted by no later than 23:59:59 (UTC) on [insert notification date].

3. Method of Entry

3.1 There are two (2) entry routes, each corresponding to a separate prize draw. To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Tournament Period, satisfy the relevant entry method:

(a) iPad Draw: Enter the draw for one (1) of four (4) Apple iPad devices by either (i) being a registered member of the Casinos.com Loyalty Program and casting a vote during the Tournament Period, or (ii) submitting your name, country of residence, and contact email address via the designated entry form on the International Slots Tournament landing page on Casinos.com, or by emailing [email protected], before the closing date.

(b) iPad Pro Draw: Submit a review of one of the slot titles featured in the International Slots Tournament during the Tournament Period. Qualifying entrants will be entered into the draw for one (1) Apple iPad Pro device.

3.2 Entry conditions:

Entrants may cast as many votes as they wish during the Tournament Period; however, each person is entitled to a maximum of one (1) entry per draw, regardless of the number of votes cast, reviews submitted, or email entries made.

An individual may enter both draws by completing the respective actions, but may win a maximum of one (1) prize in total. Where an entrant is selected in more than one draw, they will be awarded the higher-value prize and removed from the other draw, and a further winner will be drawn in their place.

3.3 No purchase is necessary.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

4.1 The winners (each a "Winner") will be selected at random from all valid, eligible entries within fifteen (15) working days after the closing date, as follows: four (4) Winners from the iPad Draw entries, and one (1) Winner from the iPad Pro Draw entries.

4.2 Canadian entrants must correctly answer a skill-testing question to claim their prize, as required by law.

4.3 Each Winner will be contacted via the email address linked to their Casinos.com account or provided at entry. Winners may be asked to provide proof of age and residency. Each Winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification.

4.4 The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact each winner via email. Failure to respond within the required time frame, failure to provide proof of eligibility, and (for Canadian entrants) failure to correctly answer a skill-testing question will result in disqualification. In such cases, an alternate winner may be selected at the Promoter's discretion.

4.5 The names of the Winners will be made available upon reasonable request to the Promoter within ninety (90) days of the closing date, where required by applicable law.

5. Prize

5.1 The prize pool consists of four (4) Apple iPad devices (one awarded to each iPad Draw Winner) and one (1) Apple iPad Pro device (awarded to the iPad Pro Draw Winner) (each a "Prize"). The specific model, generation, storage capacity, colour, and connectivity of each device will be determined by the Promoter at its sole discretion, subject to availability. The approximate retail value (ARV) of each iPad is [insert ARV in USD], the ARV of the iPad Pro is [insert ARV in USD], and the total ARV of the prize pool is [insert total ARV in USD].

5.2 Each Prize will be delivered to the address provided by the relevant Winner, within that Winner's country of residence (United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, or United States). It is the Winner's responsibility to provide complete and accurate delivery details. Risk in the device passes to the Winner on delivery. The Promoter shall not be liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier or by customs once the device has been dispatched. Any import duties or local taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the Winner.

5.3 There is no cash alternative. Each Prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as offered. No Prize may be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or any other consideration.

5.4 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any Prize for an alternative of equal or greater value as it deems appropriate, at its sole discretion.

5.5 A Prize may be taxable depending on the applicable laws in your country of residence. It is your own responsibility to report the winning amount or cash equivalent to the tax authorities in your own country if you are required to do so. If there is an obligation on the part of the Promoter, it will be taken care of before the relevant tax authorities in accordance with applicable laws.

5.6 Apple Inc. is not a participant in, sponsor of, or in any way associated with this Promotion. iPad and iPad Pro are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. By entering, entrants acknowledge that any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Promotion must be directed to the Promoter and not to Apple Inc.

6. Publicity

6.1 By accepting a Prize, the Winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity and promotional activities, including but not limited to use of name, username, likeness, photographs, video, and review content, for marketing, public relations, and advertising purposes of the Casinos.com website, social media channels, and associated platforms.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

7.1 The Promoter will collect and process personal data of entrants (such as name, email address, country of residence, delivery address, and submitted review content) strictly for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting winners, awarding and delivering the Prizes, and fulfilling related legal and regulatory obligations.

7.2 Where entrants choose to subscribe to the Casinos.com newsletter, their personal data will also be processed on the basis of the consent provided by them for marketing purposes. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email.

7.3 All personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. All personal data collected, processed, and stored in connection with this competition shall be handled strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and any other applicable data protection legislation. Entrants may exercise their statutory data protection rights (including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability, where applicable) by contacting the Promoter.

8. General Conditions

8.1 The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant who tampers with or abuses the entry process, who submits fraudulent, abusive, or non-genuine reviews, or who otherwise violates these Terms.

8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure, regulatory restrictions, or technical failures. The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel or amend a competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

8.3 The Promoter's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant or Winner as a result of participating in the Promotion or accepting a Prize, except where caused by negligence, fraud, or wilful misconduct.

9.2 Without limiting Section 9.1, the Promoter shall not be liable for any defect in any device once delivered, such matters being subject to the manufacturer's warranty, nor for any loss, cost, or expense arising from a Winner's failure to provide accurate delivery details or to claim their Prize within the required time frame.

9.3 If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation under these Terms.
