(the "Promotion")

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Promotion is open only to residents of the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada (excluding Quebec), and the United States (excluding the states of Florida and New York), who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry. 

1.2 Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and contractors of the Promoter, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible to participate.

1.3 The Promotion is void in any jurisdiction where participation or the awarding of prizes is restricted, prohibited, or otherwise unlawful. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if required by applicable laws or regulatory authorities.

1.4 Residents of the province of Quebec are excluded from this Promotion as it has not been submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec for registration.

2. Promotional Period

2.1 The Promotion begins on August 1st at 00:00:01 and closes at 23:59:59 (UTC) on 31 August 2026 ("Promotional Period"). Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

2.2 The selected winner will be chosen and contacted by no later than 23:59:59 (UTC) on 14 September, 2026.

3. Method of Entry

3.1 To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period, satisfy at least one of the following entry methods:

(a) Email Entry: Submit your name and contact email address via the designated entry form on the Casino Cruise page on Casinos.com.

(b) Loyalty Membership Entry: Be a registered, active member of the Casinos.com Loyalty Program during the Promotional Period.

3.2 Each person is entitled to a maximum of one (1) entry into the prize draw, regardless of the number of entry methods used. Submitting multiple email entries or creating multiple accounts will not result in additional entries into the prize draw.

3.3 No purchase is necessary.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

4.1 One (1) email entrant or registered Loyalty Program member (the "Winner") will be selected at random from all valid, eligible entries within fifteen (15) working days after the closing date.

4.2 Canadian entrants must correctly answer a skill-testing question to claim the prize, as required by law.

4.3 The Winner will be contacted via the email address linked to their Casinos.com account or provided at entry. The Winner may be asked to provide proof of age and residency. The Winner must accept the Prize within thirty-one (31) days of notification, failing which the Prize will be forfeited.

4.4 The Promoter will make multiple, reasonable attempts to contact the Winner via email. Failure to accept the Prize within the required thirty-one (31) day time frame, failure to provide proof of eligibility, and (for Canadian entrants) failure to correctly answer a skill-testing question will result in forfeiture of the Prize and disqualification. In such cases, an alternate winner may be selected at the Promoter's discretion.

4.5 The name of the Winner will be made available upon reasonable request to the Promoter within ninety (90) days of the closing date, where required by applicable law.

5. Prize

5.1 The Winner will receive a seven (7) night cruise for the Winner and one (1) guest, on a cruise line and ship to be selected by the Promoter, up to a maximum total value of $5,000 USD (the "Prize"). The departure port, itinerary, sailing window, and cabin category will be determined based on the Winner's location and cruise availability, and will be selected by mutual agreement between the Promoter and the Winner within this value cap. The ship's onboard casino, where applicable, is subject to the cruise operator's own onboard rules, minimum age requirements, and terms of carriage.

5.2 The Prize includes cruise fare for two (2) guests, together with standard port fees and government taxes, up to the combined maximum value stated in Section 5.1. Any cost of the selected cruise, cabin, or added extras exceeding the $5,000 USD value cap is the responsibility of the Winner. Where the actual cost of the cruise selected is less than $5,000 USD, no cash, credit, or balance will be paid.

5.3 The specific cruise line, ship, sailing window, and cabin will depend on the Winner's country/region of residence and on availability at the time of booking, and may exclude peak periods and blackout dates. The Promoter does not guarantee any specific cruise line, itinerary, sailing date, or cabin location, and will make the final selection, in consultation with the Winner, within the value cap set out in Section 5.1.

5.4 The Prize is subject to the Winner and their guest each holding a valid passport and any other identification, visa, or travel documentation required for the sailing, including any documentation required at ports of call. It is the Winner's sole responsibility to ensure they and their guest meet all boarding, immigration, customs, and health requirements in force at the time of travel, including any requirements imposed by the cruise operator. The Promoter shall not be liable for any costs, losses, denied boarding, or inability to travel arising from any failure to obtain the necessary documentation or to meet any applicable requirement.

5.5 The Winner's guest must be at least 21 years of age and must meet all eligibility and travel requirements set out in these Terms. The Winner is responsible for the conduct of their guest. Where the guest is unable or unwilling to travel, no substitute, alternative, or part-Prize will be provided.

5.6 Onboard gaming facilities are subject to the cruise operator's own rules, applicable maritime and flag-state law, and minimum age requirements, which may differ from those of the Winner's country of residence. The Promoter is not responsible for the Winner's or guest's access to, or conduct within, the onboard casino.

5.7 Airport transfers, ground transportation, meals and amenities not expressly included in Section 5.2, shore excursions, onboard purchases, and all other incidental or personal expenses are the responsibility of the Winner and their guest, unless otherwise stated.

5.8 There is no cash alternative. The Prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as offered. The Prize may not be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or any other consideration.

5.9 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize, or any element of it, for an alternative of equal or greater value as it deems appropriate, at its sole discretion.

5.10 The Prize may be taxable depending on the applicable laws in the Winner's country of residence. It is the Winner's own responsibility to report the winning amount or cash equivalent to the relevant tax authorities if required to do so. Where an obligation falls on the Promoter, it will be discharged before the relevant tax authorities in accordance with applicable laws.

5.11 The cruise voyage itself will be operated by an independent cruise line selected in accordance with Section 5.1, and is subject to that operator's own passenger contract, terms of carriage, and booking conditions, which the Winner must accept in order to sail. This Promotion is administered solely by the Promoter and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by the cruise operator ultimately selected.

6. Publicity

6.1 By accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity and promotional activities, including but not limited to use of name, username, likeness, photographs, video, and review content, for marketing, public relations, and advertising purposes of the Casinos.com website, social media channels, and associated platforms.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

7.1 The Promoter will collect and process personal data of entrants (such as name, email address, and country of residence) strictly for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting winners, awarding the Prize, and fulfilling related legal and regulatory obligations.

7.2 Where entrants choose to subscribe to the Casinos.com newsletter, their personal data will also be processed on the basis of the consent provided by them for marketing purposes. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email.

7.3 All personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and any other applicable data protection legislation, and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Entrants may exercise their statutory data protection rights (including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability, where applicable) by contacting the Promoter.

8. General Conditions

8.1 The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant who tampers with or abuses the entry process, or who otherwise violates these Terms.

8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure, regulatory restrictions, or technical failures. The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

8.3 The Promoter's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant or Winner as a result of participating in the Promotion or accepting the Prize, except where caused by negligence, fraud, or wilful misconduct.

9.2 Without limiting Section 9.1, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, cost, or expense arising from the Winner's or their guest's inability to travel or to sail, including but not limited to visa refusal, denied boarding, travel or sailing disruption, illness, or any other circumstance personal to the Winner or their guest, nor for the acts or omissions of the cruise operator in respect of the voyage.

9.3 If an act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms.
