Terms and Conditions - Casinos.com (the “Promoter”) 12 Days, 12 Ways To Win Competition (the “Promotion”)

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Promotion is open only to residents of the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada (excluding Quebec), and the United States (excluding the states of Florida and New York in the US, and excluding Quebec in Canada), who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry.

1.2 Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and contractors of the Promoter, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible to participate.

1.3 The Promotion is void in any jurisdiction where participation or the awarding of prizes is restricted, prohibited, or otherwise unlawful. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if required by applicable laws or regulatory authorities.

2. Promotional Period

2.1 The Promotion begins on 1 December 2025 and closes at 23:59:59 (UTC) on 31 December 2025 (“Promotional Period”). Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

2.2 The selected winner will be chosen and contacted by no later than 15 January 2025 by 23:59:59 (UTC).

3. Method of Entry

3.1 How to Enter

To enter the “12 Days, 12 Ways to Win” promotion, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period:

• Be registered with Casinos.com and have opted in to receive marketing communications.
• Complete the daily entry method assigned to the prize revealed on that specific day.
• Entry methods may vary each day and may include (but are not limited to):
• Playing a designated free slot demo
• Following or engaging with a Casinos.com social media page
• Submitting a simple form
• Answering a daily question or completing another free task
• The required entry action for each prize will be clearly stated on the relevant daily competition page.

3.2 Entry conditions:

• Each daily prize draw allows a maximum of one (1) entry per person per day, regardless of the entry method required.
• Completing an entry method more than once on the same day will not result in additional entries.
• Creating multiple email addresses, duplicate accounts, or attempting to bypass entry limits in any way will void all entries associated with those accounts.
• Entrants may enter on multiple different days, provided they complete that day’s required entry method, but only one entry per daily prize will be counted.

3.3 No purchase is necessary on any entry method.

3.4. As an alternative free entry method, entrants may submit their name, country of residence, and contact email address to [email protected] before the closing date. Entries received in this manner will be treated equally.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

4.1 One (1) Winner will be selected at random for each daily prize from all valid and eligible entries received for that specific day. Winners will be drawn within fifteen (15) working days after the final day of the Promotional Period.

4.2 Canadian entrants must correctly answer a skill-testing question to claim the prize, as required by law.

4.3 The Winner will be contacted via the email address linked to the casinos.com account or provided at entry. Winners may be asked to provide proof of age and residency.  The Winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification. 

4.3 The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner via email. Failure to respond within the required time frame, failure to provide proof of eligibility, and (for Canadian entrants) failure to correctly answer a skill-testing question will result in disqualification. In such cases, an alternate winner may be selected at the Promoter’s discretion.

5. Prize

5.1 The Winner will receive the prize specified for that particular day’s draw (the “Prize”), as detailed on the daily prize page. Each daily prize may differ and will be clearly described at the time of entry.

5.2 The Prize will be delivered via electronic payment method, via registered post, courier, or other means as reasonably determined by the Promoter.

1. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prizes for an alternative of equal value as it deems appropriate.
2. The Prize(s) may be taxable depending on the applicable laws in your country of residence. It is your own responsibility to report the winning amount or cash equivalent to the tax authorities in your own country if you are required to do so. If there is an obligation on the part of the Promoter, it will be taken care of before the relevant tax authorities in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Publicity

6.1 By accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity and promotional activities, including but not limited to use of name, username, likeness, photographs, video, and review content, for marketing, public relations, and advertising purposes of the Casinos.com website, social media channels, and associated platforms.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

7.1 The Promoter will collect and process personal data of entrants (such as name, email address, country of residence, and submitted review content) strictly for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting winners, awarding the Prize, and fulfilling related legal and regulatory obligations. 

7.2 Where entrants choose to subscribe to the Casinos.com newsletter, their personal data will also be processed on the basis of the consent provided by them for marketing purposes. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in any email. 

7.3 All personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. All personal data collected, processed, and stored in connection with this competition shall be handled strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and any other applicable data protection legislation. Entrants may exercise their statutory data protection rights (including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability, where applicable) by contacting the Promoter. 

8. General Conditions

8.1 The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant who tampers with or abuses the entry process, or who otherwise violates these Terms.

8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure, regulatory restrictions, or technical failures. The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel or amend a competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

8.3 The Promoter’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into. 

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury suffered by any entrant or Winner as a result of participating in the Promotion or accepting the Prize, except where caused by negligence, fraud, or wilful misconduct.

9.2 If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation under these Terms.
