If you’re looking to gamble at a land-based casino in Maine, then there’s both good and bad news. The not-so-good news is that there are only two in the state, the better news is that they both offer a good range of games and a fun but intimate casino experience.
Maine has only ever legally approved two casinos in the state. Despite Maine having four federally recognized tribes, they do not have the same casino rights under the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act as other state tribes. Both casinos in Maine are operated by well-known casino operators.

The minimum age to gamble in Maine casinos is 21 years old. It is always advisable to bring photographic ID with you on entry.
